It was my first time to meet this type of scam. I request afer the free cancelation. Got it in the end .Verry, verry hard. And today 2 weeeks after, you tried to take money form my card. Shame on you.

- Мы приехали в объект размещения,деньги у нас снялись за проживание ,но нас никто не поселил . По телефону сказали мест нет и деньги не вернули .

- We arrived at the hotel at 9:00 PM, within the allowed check-in time (until 10:00 PM). However, we were unable to enter the hotel and waited over one hour with no information and no assistance. We tried calling several phone numbers provided by the hotel, but no one answered. As a result, we could not access our room and did not stay at the hotel. Despite this, our refund request was refused, which is unacceptable. We are very disappointed and strongly request a full refund, as the service was not provided. That’s unacceptable !!!!!!!!! Horrible !!!!!!!!

+ Hôtel où il n'y a personne de présent, tout ce fait par whatsapp, on ne sait pas si nous aurons notre chambre, même quand celle-ci est réservée, nous avons eu de la chance, mais beaucoup de personnes devant la porte qui malgré leur réservation et le paiement se sont vues attendre pour rien, full, du jamais vu, vraiment phuket c'est le bazar, cher , les transports encore pire
