I was their last guest of the season2025. The owners were lovely and very helpful. I enjoyed my stay and thank you to both siblings for making me feel so welcome and for the lovely end-of-season meal. They made me feel very welcome. I would definitely stay there again.

This hostel is awesome, best vibe ever! The hosts are super cool and do everything to make you feel at home. It's easy to meet and chill with other backpackers. Totally recommend! The only thing that could be better is the internet.

Amazing hostel. So relaxed. Good bike parking (in the garden behind the hostel). Private room was huge and we had our own bathroom. We got a great orientation to the city and a snack on arrival! Good restaurant recommendations from the staff. Breakfast was incredible :)

We absolutely LOVED our stay here! Majdas and her family were incredibly warm and kind hosts who welcome travellers into their home. They put so much care and effort into creating a welcoming and social atmosphere which made this one of the best places we have stayed on our 6 month trip. Batta’s tour was also amazing, and we learnt so much about the history of Mostar and Bosnia. If you are looking for somewhere to stay that feels like a home away from home this is it!

Very cozy family-run hostel, the owners are so lovely and helpful! There are no bunkbeds which is a plus, breakfast is amazing. It is quite social but definitely not a party hostel. Enjoyed my stay here.

The family that runs this hostel is great, making pop corn for all and just caring that we have a good time. Loved the people too and the common area was a great place to just sit, talk to people or play cards.

Absolutely no complaints. If you are going to Mostar this is the only hostel to stay in! The best nights sleep I have ever had in a hostel, and the breakfast is incredible. Also a super social hostel!

absolutely peak hostel

This hostel is so beautiful, welcoming and cozy that you could stay here for your entire time in Mostar and it would still be worth it. It feels like being right at home, it's clean, breakfast is the best option in Mostar, you have everything you need and the staff specially makes sure you're always comfortable. I'm sad to say goodbye, and excited to come again just to spend more time in here. Thanks for everything!

We only stayed one night but we wished we stayed longer. The best welcome I have ever received at a hostel. Majda and Bata make the Mostar experience.

If u r visiting Mostar Majdas won’t disappoint u. Room is spacious & spotless, bed is comfortable, common area is also fantastic & perfect for socializing, the host is a very kind lady and put her heart into this place and made it home for guests or even better by providing food, drink, snacks and reading materials. She also remembers every guest’s name and where they are from, I’ve been traveling a lot and rarely leave reviews but this place definitely worths a 10/10!

I wish I could give Majda and her family a higher rating!!! This was seriously the best hostel I’ve ever stayed at (and I’ve been backpacking for a year). It feels like a home away from home. It’s cosy, friendly and warm. The breakfast is elite, as is Bahta’s tour of Mostar and surrounds. It was the perfect blend of funny, sad and interesting. It’s a very peaceful hostel, but easy to meet people if you want to! I would 10000% recommend this to anyone who wants a memorable experience in...

this is such a lovely hostel!! run by a brother and sister who are very welcoming and happy to answer any questions you have about the city :) definitely recommend the tour offered as well as the delicious breakfast they serve
