Roma Prince Inn B&B

One of the worst places I’ve stayed for the price. It feels like you’re just staying in someone’s house. The room smelled like cigarettes and wasn’t very clean, the walls you share with the family are very thin and someone was absolutely screaming their head off while we were there. The water doesn’t get hot, you can hear the train go under you every few minutes. I would not recommend staying here. There must be something more legitimate for the price. The room was smaller than expected however we only spent time in the room to sleep so it was fine for us. The room had its own bathroom with shower which was great. The lady who owned the property was nice. There was a problem with the wifi so there was no wifi during our four day stay and we also had to pay by cash because of this which was a bit of an inconvenience. Also, one night we were getting ready to go to sleep and someone opened the door to our room which we found very strange.

Horrible, nous y avons passé quatre nuits, le seul point positif est la localisation. Une arrivée sans la moindre explication, personne ne répondait. Quand nous sommes entrés dans l’appartement elle nous a fait directement nous asseoir pour payer. Dans la chambre, les poubelles n’étaient pas vidées, les gels douches des anciens résidents encore présents. Une chambre avec salle d’eau si on peut appeler ça salle d’eau. Es un apartamento compartido con sus propietarios, en el cual estás con otras personas. La habitación tenia fallas en la chapa, sin embargo es algo menor. Finalmente le encuentras el truco. Hace calor en verano y tienes solo el ventilador en el techo, tienes una nevera, muy útil. Tienes café y agua. los baños son pequeños. Se debe pagar un impuesto a la ciudad que hace que sea aún más caro es hospedaje, así que la relación de calidad y precio no es tan buena. Buena ubicación.

For renting a private room, I didn’t feel there was much privacy. Plus the walls were very thin. Roma Prince Inn B&B wasn’t very clear the fact it was shared with the owner. Furthermore it wasn’t the safest, as you lock the door only by key. Which proved difficult to unlock, just imagine if there was a fire. Finally I did decided to cancel my stay after one night. mi chiedono subito il saldo con 24 € in più di quanto pattuito da voi, ambiente umido, il bagno minimale era veramente in camera, non sempre rifatta , asciugamani piccoli ed insufficienti con colore indefinito. Non è un B&B ma un affitta camere . Colazione non possibile. Odore di cucina cinese persistente . Alla richiesta di ricevuta la signora non capiva, richiesta di spedizione ma mai ricevuta. . Purtroppo non ho letto preventivamente le recensioni negative e ci sono cascato dentro.

We stayed in a room for 4 people, the room was nice, clean, bedlinen includes, towels included in the room as well. The bathroom was a shared one and extremely small. There was noise all the time during the night especially, you can hear everything form the other room the tv etc (but the problem might be the people that stayed there) For us the only problem was the bathroom.

Low quality but mostly clean and well located. The price is ridiculous for what you get but Rome is broadly pretty expensive. It’s marketed as a BnB but there’s no breakfast included (this was fine but just a note). We heard lots of shouting and arguing late at night both in the building the apartment is in and within the actual apartment - we locked our door at one point.

Having an extensive experience with hosts at B&Breakfast, we have never experienced such a despotic and unfriendly host. This has nothing to do with normal very friendly and gentle Chinese hosts. However she was aggressive from the beginning, and at a price of 120 Euros a night, she behaved in a way and was jelling at other guests that is beyond and below anything experienced before. First she wanted that we should move to another apartment 2-300 meters away. Second, the floor was not clean.

Is was a very pleasant experience. We felt safe and comfortable, the staff was amazing and friendly ( they knew some English our communication where just fine , I’m clarifying because so many other people said that they couldn’t communicate) AMAZING LOCATION so convenient… when we’ll be back in Rome this is our spot

Owner didn’t spoke English so it was pretty hard to get along. At 7am there started construction workers hammering and drilling the walls right next to our room so there was no chance of sleeping after that… price was too high taking in consider the facilities and services… I can’t recommend it to anybody.
