Unique Guesthouse

L’emplacement était très proche de la gare, ce qui est un plus d’un côté c’est qu’il y a bcp de bus et transport en commun qui passent aux alentours et ce qui est un moins c’est qu’on arrive pas à ce sentir en sécurité par les hommes qui se trouvent au quartier et plus spécialement juste à côté de la porte d’entrée. L’hôte n’était pas très accueillant. La chambre avec ses murs, le rideau, les meubles en gris étaient très morne.

There was no reception desk which we were told there would be. This made check in very difficult. There were thieves who hang out outside the building. The owner was not accommodating for the payment. The location was central which was nice.

Considering the price, the accommodation was okay — not very good, not very bad. The biggest issue was the location. I don’t know, but there were always people in front of the door when entering the house, nothing happened to us, but I didn’t feel very safe. Besides that, the electricity in the room went out frequently, and unfortunately the Wi-Fi didn’t reach the room...

Camera ok, anche se mancavano attaccapanni, comodini o altri appoggi. C'era solo la luce al soffitto. Il bagno era nuovo e confortevole, ma di nuovo senza appoggi per gli oggetti. L'edificio (antico) è tenuto abbastanza male, con igiene approssimativa anche a causa di lavori in corso (impalcature montate, la finestra non si poteva aprire. Posizione comunque estremamente comoda, a 5 min dai treni.

War alles sehr sauber. Das Zimmer ist sehr dunkel, aber vollkommen ausreichend wenn man sich darin zum schlafen aufhält. Das WLAN hat leider überhaupt nicht gut funktioniert.

While the location is convenient, it felt unsafe walking up the alley to the front door. There were also human feces on the street out front. When we got inside the building and into the room, the shower head was broken and the water would take an extremely long time to drain, making it uncomfortable to shower as we were worried about the bathroom flooding. The room had an odd smell inside. Only could pay by cash or revolt, there is no where to actually pay upon arrival.

Das Wasser in der Dusch hat praktisch garnicht funktioniert und es hat allgemein in der Wohnung gestunken.

Location is good because it close to every where, location is not good because it’s surrounded with a lot of homeless people? And very noisy. Facility is self-check in and out never met any staff and hardly meet others. But it’s clean, and safe if you’re home and locked the door. Kitchen is good, supermarket is near by , bus station and train station are all nearby. It’s a nice place for a short trip.

Chambre impersonnelle et sombre, lumière blanche au plafond, pas de lampe de chevet, volets qui ne s'ouvre pas pour l'un et qui ne reste pas ouvert pour l'autre. Salle de bain moyenne avec lavabo cassé et cabine de douche avec une porte manquante. Une télévision dont on n'a jamais pu régler le son. Bref, on y est pour dormir, mais on n'a pas envie d'y séjourner trop longtemps.

La limpieza es terrible, el colchón tenía manchas amarillas y tenía un olor horrible que no quitaba con nada, la habitación en general olía a guardado, a húmedo, la persona del aseo fue grosera con nosotros, lo bueno del alojamiento es que tiene a disposición lo necesario para cocinar, y hacer uso de todos los electrodomésticos del apto. El sector es inseguro, se escuchan peleas en frente en la madrugada. En general no lo recomendaría para hospedarse en Roma. Adicional no me enviaron la...

Llegamos al lugar y nunca nos recibieron. Llamé al número que aparecía al frente de Unique Guesthouse y nadie respondió. Tuvimos que ir a otro alojamiento. A los 2 días me respondieron el WhatsApp pero no reconocieron y no me reembolsaron el dinero. Perdí la totalidad del depósito. ¡Por favor, no contraten este Guesthouse!

Perto da estação, quarto limpos e aconchegante, chuveiro não é tão bom, e a rua a noite é meio estranha.

Accomodation itself was nice, bed was very comfy and ac was a must in the heat. Kitchen was well equipped. Location felt a little unsafe but close to bus and train.

Я забронировала отель заранее. Мне за полтора дня до приезда написали из отеля что у них сбой системы и они меня принять не могут. Я уже была в пути, вместо отдыха я искала себе новое место для проживания с семьёй, цена на проживание уже была везде выше чем раннее бронировани�...

The room was nice the bed was much better then expected. However, one of the shower door was broken so there was just a curtain where the door should be. there was also no hot water randomly and after texting the host he said we had to reboot the water heater thankfully it worked. We never saw any staff it was more like a air bnb we called we texted that it.We also never saw the other guest.But what we did see was drug use outside the building of the hostel. The hostel is in a ruff part of town.
