Unser Bad war sehr schimmlig. Das Bett war ok. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage und es hatte durchgehend fast 30 Grad drinnen und eine hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit.
Die Straße ist etwas laut und die Küche eher sparsam ausgestattet, aber bei dem Rest gibt es nichts zu klagen. Das Bad ist sauber und die Betten bequem.
This place was in a very unsafe place in Rome, and I didn't enjoy it that much; it was okay overall.
The place is OK but nothing more. The main problem is that it is located in a very transited avenue, with two levels and a tramway, so it is very noisy. The apartment is in the underground leve, so it is dark and humid and the only little windows to ventilate are directly into the street level of this big and noisy highway. Bed was not very good and wi-fi was off for 3 days. The communication was good and in the whole the stay was not bad, but I found it expensive for what it is.
Great place to stay in Rome! Right next to the tram, short walk to the bus lines that take you into the heart of the city. Plenty of hot water for showering, place to hang your clothes, quiet windows, and you are able to lock your room when you go out during the day. I would stay here again.
Rooms were clean and the kitchen was elite!!!! You can save tons of money by cooking in the kitchen here
The property was clean and the host was welcoming. However the location of the apartment was far away from Rome city center which made it difficult to visit the sights.
I was unsure initially when booking this place as there were only 19 reviews on Hostel world but I think that's only because it's a new listing. However I can attest that the place is exactly as described. It is more like booking an Airbnb where you have a shared common area with others. No typical hostel atmosphere, no staff onsite 24/7, and everyone has a private room. The kitchen space was nice. My only complaint is that there were no dish towels to dry the dishes. I would stay here again.
La habitación es grande. El baño y ducha muy buenos. Excelente limpieza. Tranquilo el lugar. Buena atención. No está cerca del centro pero hay colectivos.
We liked the accomodation at La Casa Particular. It was very clean. Location wise was good, around 30 minutes walk to Colesseum. The neighbourhood looked a bit dodgy at night time but it was ok. The only thing we did not like was the noise from the cars outside. There are 3 main streets outside but our landlord kindly gave us ear plugs.
Not a place to really socialize if that’s what you’re looking for. Wifi wasn’t working for most of the week I was there. Couldn’t do much to fix that. They didn’t have a backup key in case you get locked out. Other than the short-staff being an issue for resolving anything you need I’d say it wasn’t half bad. Clean. Quiet. Not too far from a metro or bus.
