Filthy, no hot water, no security? Out room had been opened, they asked to charge us multiple times, they didn’t speak italian or english, they claimed to store our bags for us then told us no and had to leave immediately

Se canceló por una habitación y dos camas y nos entregaron 1 cama para dos personas adultas En el baño habían insectos , ultimo día no había agua caliente y no había cambio de toallas, poco aseo en la habitación. No había a quien hacerle el reclamo, recepción no hablaba español Malo el servicio más aún por su alto valor cancelado . Cobraron adicional 18€ por pagar con tarjeta y la reserva que se canceló no fue descontada del total que se canceló el día del ingreso al hote...

You’re basically paying for the absolute minimum and for the location. Drunk, loud and obnoxious guests all night until another customer staying told them to shut up. Completely inconsistent hot water. Not even a kettle to boil hot water but a fridge? There is no common room, it’s just a hallway. I’d only recommend for an overnight stay or two.
