Bragança Oporto Hotel

Absolutely best location! You are minutes away from every attraction. Walk down to the waterfront. Enjoy the night life and walk safely back to hotel. The staff are the kindest, they have everything you need. Super clean and easy to get into late at night.

The location is perfect, couple of steps next to the Clérigos Tower, but the facilites are in poor conditions. Very loud at night, the room was tiny but we had our mini bathroom inside it. There was a humidity leak on the ceiling, probably coming from the bathroom upstairs. We let the staff know and she said (very rudely) that she couldn’t do anything. Also, there was a kitchen, but we couldn’t use the stove 👎🏼 For the location and the AC is was ok, but I would not stay here again.

Hotel no remendado para familias. Reservamos una habitación familiar para 4 personas y una tuvo que dormir en un colchón entre las dos camas sin ningún espacio. No era habitación para 4 personas ni de broma. No había ascensor y las escaleras eran empinadas y estrechas. No lo recomendaría jamás para familias.

Overall not very satisfied with the stay. The day time Lady care taker is borderline rude. Most of the reception people dont speak any English. I traveled with teen and the room we were given was next to smoking area. In the middle of the night we had to change room as the air Inside was filled with smoke smell. The rooms are very small, no seat to sit, almost zero closet space except a small hole in the wall. The night shift caretaker is professional.

Ótimo localização, quartos com suítes muito boas. Janelas com 2 vidros para que fique silencio dentro do quarto. Funcionários prestáveis. Uma pena não ter pequeno almoço.

Excellent place!

We have NEVER been treated so unfriendly by staff before and we’ve never felt so unwelcome anywhere. No staff member spoke English in our three day stay or even tried to communicate with us in a polite way. Besides, the room was in a terrible condition and after we complained through email (because communication on site was impossible), we were accused of demolishing the room ourselves!!? Incredibly evil people, so don’t bother going there, especially not for that price.

Very central. Took a while to find. Top floor room very small/tight space. No room for table or chair. No fire escape, sloping floors, steep stairs, makes it feel a little unsafe. Kitchen guests take in turns. Good for one night stay. Have lower expectations.

very nice staff, we even slept in past check out and they had no problem, good location, big plus for having air conditioning and TV

The hostel charged us twice for a stay. We payed through the system and they still charged us in the hostel - of course only in cash so that there is no evidence. After several Emails to the hostel no reply. I wouldnz recommend it, unless you want to be charged twice.

Sauberes Zimmer und Bad, im Bad war die Steckdose demoliert (sie hing heraus), es gab einen langen Stromausfall, der Kühlschrank roch sehr schlecht. Das Zimmer war sehr klein und das Stockbett recht mühsam zu erreichen. Es gar nur ein großes Licht, keine Nachttischlampen und nur 2 Steckdosen im Dreierzimmer. Die Inhaber können kein Englisch, das Frühtstück ist gut aber seehr wenig Platz und ungemütlich. Es gibt keinen Parkplatz beim Hotel (nur mit viel Glück einen in der Nähe). Was toll...

Excellent location. The room was perfect for me and my husband. Air condition, TV cable, frigobar, small tables for our books, small place but with all you need. Breakfast was fair but includes the best coffee in the city in our opinion :) Take a moment to explore the near by stores, restaurants, every passage takes you to some new place and experience. This place is amazing.

it was great especially the port wine and the balcony for our smoker and the shower cause we didn’t have one for a week

It was great to be able to have my own room & bathroom! The entire place was very clean and the staff very friendly. You have to walk up a long flight of stairs to be on the "first" floor - which is just above street level. I had the single room right next to the kitchen. The walls are thin, but so are the windows. Night life goes until 4AM and I felt like people on the street below were in my room. Not ideal when trying to sleep. If I stay there again I would ask about the other rooms.

Worst stay we‘ve had during our trip. Way too expensive for what you get compared to other hostels in Porto! Better choose another one!! You could barely move in the room, kitchen and bathroom. Also not very clean, everything looked a bit moldy We especially looked for a hostel with free parking and this was the only one in Porto saying that they have place to park (main reason we chose it) When we got there the staff could barely speak any english but said they don‘t have parking and laugh...
