Monte Carlo Love Porto Guest House

Het begon heel slecht. Ik moest extra belasting betalen, terwijl aangegeven was dat alle belastingen inclusief waren. Dat verpest de sfeer.

I would not stay here again. My mirror was broken and sharp, the shower head had no place to put it so I had to use it just by hand. The walls are thin and they make you realize why it’s called “love”. They also didn’t have a safe storage space, kicked me out of my room an hour early (11 not 12) and were frankly rude about it. I found someone else’s hairs in my bathroom and construction starts next door at 8am sharp.

Personal muy grosero, de poca ayuda y incluso hasta molestos de tener que ayudarnos a hacer el check in, mi pareja y yo la pasamos muy incomodo cada vez que habia que interactuar con el personalya que siempre reaccionaban o contestaban de manera muy irrespetuosa

This property was not as expected. Check in process was very confusing, there is no place to leave luggage securely. The staff do no not speak English so there is no clarity on what is going on. The rooms were upgraded but still very dirty. The check in location is different from the actual hotels. Only benefit is laundry nearby and about 15 minute walk to the train station.

Nice accommodation for short staying, clean and comfy room. It was a little difficult to find the reception since it is on the opposite side of the road, separated from the actual room. The staff was a little unwelcoming, she only spoke Portuguese and Spanish and wasn't really clear while explaining what we were supposed to do once we had to leave the room. Overall it was a nice experience, completely woth the price.

Reception and rooms were in separate buildings. It was complecated to get luggagges in safe place during the day We left Porto.
