Personnel absent, accueil souvent" close". Belle demeure mais peu chaleureuse. Atmosphère auberge de jeunesse n'existe pas,en comparaison à d'autres HOSTELS où il y a de l'animation, de la vie. Nous sommes déçus lors de notre séjour au Portugal nous avons fréquentés trois hostels les deux autres sont particulièrement sympathique. Merci de prendre en compte nos constats, il y a certes la propreté, le cadre mais il y a l'accueil qui nous semble important même si votre système veut fai...

Hostel correct bien situé, très joli et propre mais le personnel n’est pas très avenant. Pas de déjeuner inclus tel que mentionné sur le site, peu flexible.

Excellent value for the cost. I will refer friends.

Great stay just around the corner from one of the citycenters of porto. Easy to get to with public transport and a but of a maze to get to with the car (in the end we parked a few streets over). Easy to get into, even after hours. The desk is only manned in the morning, but all the info is online or in the room. The only downside is that the room door changed from a cardreader to a normal lock and we didn't realise that you had to physically lock the door, so someone barged in during the night.

The location is convenient to most touristic sites as well as São Bento station but street noise in the rooms is quite loud at night…and closing the windows and wooden shutters made the room very warm. The staff is friendly but only there in the mornings. They have notices that water and beer plus other things are available but there is no way to purchase anything after 1. Bathrooms are clean, good size towels but they rely on guests to wash their dishes..most with cold water.

Room with en-suite: very clean and comfortable, easy to access. Room with shared bathroom: good size room with balcony. Good views of the city from the top floor. Lots of stairs to climb. Shared bathroom clean but paper towel dispenser was not working. Used towels provided. Breakfast room was cozy.

Super clean, great location and quiet. Loved it !!!

This was hands down the best hostel I’ve ever stayed at. Super clean. Super safe. The staff we’re very friendly and helpful. I stayed in a queen size private room- that also had its own private bathroom. It was as nice as staying at a hotel. They even made the bed and cleaned up after my first night. You really couldn’t ask for more for only ~$50 a night.
