more of a hotel vibe - which I liked after doi by the loop. Owner stayed up late for check in and approved late check out due to getting sleeper bus.
I had a great stay at Tom’s homestay. Tom was extremely helpful and always available for anything we needed. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was excellent — very convenient for getting around and exploring the area. I would definitely recommend staying here.
Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in Sapa. Liegt 5min hinter den Zentrum. Die Reception ist nicht immer besetzt, also besser dem Betreiber schreiben. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und alles neu und frisch, komme gerne wieder! Grüsse Ps. War im Dezember daa, etwas kalt in der Nacht, keine Heizung😊👍🏽

Clean, quiet and a very good location just up the hill away from the noise and business of Sa Pa town. A 5 minute walk got you to all the shops and restaurants. Highly recommend it must be brand new so the don’t let the lack of reviews fool you great value and a wonderful stay!
Very clean, comfortable and modern accommodation. Great value as it is like a nice hotel rather than a homestay although the family lives there. Location is near to everything. Possible to do laundry for cheap. My boots were so muddy after the trek and someone washed them for me, so nice!
Very clean and worth the money. Not to far to the centre. Nice bathroom. The staff was nice but sometimes you can’t find them because they don’t have a reception.
Loved my stay here! Not a social place but great for some alone time and space to yourself. The room was super clean, and the location was great!
Es war wirklich toll! Das Zimmer ist super eingerichtet und das Bett ist sehr bequem. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Ich durfte mein Gepäck sogar für 2 Tage stehen lassen, da ich eine Zwei-Tages-Trekkingtour gemacht habe! Sehr nette Besitzer!

I had a wonderful stay! I originally only booked for 1 night and ended up extending for 3 more. The location was fantastic— tucked away on a quiet neighborhood street right around the corner from central Sapa. The rooms were gorgeous and looked just like the photos. Newly renovated with A/C and steady WiFi. Tom and his wife were incredibly host and made me feel welcomed. I highly recommend during your stay to Sapa! Also, be sure to bring cash as they accept cash payment only. Thanks!
What a hidden gem! Tucked away in the city center, it gives you a quiet space that allows you to still enjoy Sapa. The facilities were clean and spacious, the bathrooms especially. Checking in and out was hassle free and the hosts are easily available. Very good price for all that it has to offer.
I stayed at Toms for 3 nights. We initially booked one but extended as it was very good. Best homestay I’ve been in Vietnam so far. Shower, toilet and beds were super clean. He stayed up till 2am to check us in. Upon departure he personally drove me to the bus station as it was raining. I highly recommend.
