Cold. So so cold. Asked them to turn heating on, but was still very cold.
£164 for 1 night we defo expected more. Basic small room. Arrived expecting to leave our bags in lockers, it stated there were lockers on booking and we needed to drop stuff off before check in time. They took £20 off us for ‘early check in’ although the room was ready anyway and it was their misleading info about the lockers. Also had to pay £50 deposit b4 we got to room. After the faff with that the man forgot to take final payment and on returning another man was quite rude to us about...
