the host was absolutely brilliant, very quiet away from the main party strip, but is situated very close to the local mosque so bring ear plugs if you don’t want to be woken my morning prayer, sometimes can be difficult to have a warm shower as there’s only so much warm water but in 30 degree heat wasn’t a problem for myself!
A perfect quiet place to be on a party island. Came from a very social hostel and needed quiet so this was perfect. Shower needs some maintenance but the rest was fine. Room is very very basic but that’s all I needed! Not really a common area so not very social but plenty of other places if that’s what you’re looking for. Workers here were so friendly and helpful
absolutely loved this homestay! the owner is lovely and very helpful. the room was clean and the bathroom was nice. there are bikes you can rent for the day and you can book in for snorkeling through him too. the location is PERFECT. can walk 10 mins to the main strip for nightlife, but its far enough that theres no loud music keeping you awake at night.

Very comfy bed and clean facilities. Staff is very helpful as well.
