The Nomad Hostel

This hostel is amazing. I have to stay for one night before taking my flight, Maia were waiting for me until late, and they let me stay working remotly on the hostel even after my check out. The location is very close to the airport and easy to go. The place is extremely clean and is also really beautiful. I would recomend anybody to came here a 100%

The Nomad ist unsere schönste Unterkunft gewesen auf der gesamten Costa Rica Reise. Sie hatte ein lichte schöne Küche in der es wirklich Freude machte zu kochen (in der Markthalle Alajuelas gibt es reife Südfrüchte). Die Unterkunft hat Flair und ist mit Liebe zur Farbe und zu Details eingerichtet worden. Wir haben die Eltern des Gastgebers kennengelernt und fanden sie sehr sympathisch. Wir haben uns dort rundum wohlgefühlt und gerne so viel Zeit wie möglich in der Unterkunft verbracht.

Was a perfect location to stay at before my early flight. The room was spacious and all shared spaces were organized and clean. Also, the hosts are absolutely wonderful, kind and very helpful people.

Aardige eigenaren, lekkere bedden en goede keuken. Alles ziet er ook schoon uit!

Really nice stay close to the airport. Huge rooms, good WiFi, plenty of kitchen space and utensils, but also close to lots of restaurants and cafes. Not much of a social hostel, at least when I was there, but is great for a quasi-hotel experience

Everything was great about the Nomad Hostel. The hosts were so communicative and Lauren and her brother were great hosts before we even arrived. The hostel itself is incredibly clean, easy to find, and simply beautiful. It is located within a historic building, original tiles, high ceilings, and even a water feature which creates such a relaxing atmosphere. The host was very helpful and friendly. We arrived very late and they send us the instructions for a late check in. It’s located 10 min from the airport. There is filtered water and WiFi available. Perfect for arriving in Costa Rica.

OH MY GOSH!! What a gem! This little hostel opened up about 2 months ago and it’s stunning! I had a huge private room (bigger than my bedroom at home) that was perfect - bed was super comfortable and setup was so nice. I had a lovely hot shower and a delicious cup of coffee in the morning. It’s only a 5 minute drive from the airport which makes it even better. 10/10 will definitely stay again!

Sehr sehr schönes Hostel!! Nette Leute, tolle Einrichtung und Ausstattung und alles super sauber. Leider kann man aber die Zimmer nicht richtig abschließen und die Fenster vom Zimmer zum Gemeinschaftsbereich sind immer offen. Abgesehen von diesem Punkt, sehr zu empfehlen!!

Das Hostel ist super für einen Zwischenstopp, um z.B. in der Nähe des Flughafens in Allajuela unterzukommen (Uber fahren rund um die Uhr). Privatzimmer, Gemeinschaftsbäder und der Aufenthaltsbereich sind mit ganz viel Liebe eingerichtet worden. V.a. die Küche ist ein wahrer Traum für ein Hostel und super ausgestattet. Das Paar, das das Hostel erst vor kurzem eröffnet hat, ist total hilfsbereit und nett. Die Beiden haben eine Oase erschaffen, in der wir gerne mehr als eine Nacht verbracht h...
