Sinhassan Dormitory Hostel in Mumbai is in a great location, close to the beach, making it convenient for beach lovers. However, the pictures online are outdated, and the place is more suited for advanced-level travelers. It's a bit dirty and full of locals, which might not be ideal for everyone, but if you’re looking for an authentic experience and don't mind the rough edges, it could be a good fit. The sleeping area is totally fine and the beds have privacy curtains, which is great. The bathrooms, however, leave a lot to be desired. They do have western toilets, but no toilet paper, and could stand to be cleaned much more often. Because these are wet rooms, the toilet seat is pretty much always wet, and since there's no TP, you need to bring your own if you want to dry it off before using it. Dress in the bathroom or your bed, even if you think you're alone; there are security cameras.
