- Worst hotel i ever been to. Had bedbugs in the bed and a lot of worms in the toilet. I checkt out emedetly and dident get a refond.....

+ NOTHING. Words cannot explain how bad this place is. It was so bad there was no way we could stay. We arrived late and a man was drunk and shouting very loudly in the lobby. Was scary and intimidating. We saw a piece of paper and a key left on the table in the lobby, so there was no one who worked at the hotel staying there. We took one look in the room and walked straight out! Ceiling was covered in black mould, aircon had brown stuff dripping out, so dirty and filthy. Just terrible in every way. Thankfully another hotel nearby took us in late at night and we had a nice stay in Chiang Mai. Although I didn’t get a refund, I would have paid a lot more to NOT stay in Hotel O Bupatara. I was fooled by the photos: scammers!!

- Limpeza do quarto deixou a desejar, uma noite em específico, gritaria e batida no corredor, algo que durou quase uma hora isso umas 2h da madrugada.

- มีคนข้างบ้าน เข้ามาก่อเหตุอันตราย โวกเวกโวยวาย ทำลายเข้าของ ทางเจ้าของรร.ไม่เห็นออกมาดูแลรับผิดชอบ ซึ่งสร้างความวิตกกังวลให้กับผู้ที่เข้าพักในสถานที่ เราได้รับการพักผ่อนอย่างเพียงพอ เพราะอีกวันเราต้องเข้ารับการผ่าตัด ทางเราต้องดำเนินการติดต่อเจ้าเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจด้วยตัวเองเพื่อมาระงับเหตุ

- The pool was uninviting. The room had green snot/ spit marks up the wall :/ however everything else was totally fine and it didn't put us off staying

- Habitación sucia, con hormigas por todos lados, incluida la cama, la piscina no tiene mantenimiento ya que el agua no tenía buen color.

- El personal te ignora completamente, nunca hay nadie disponible en la recepción. Con diferencia la habitación más sucia en la que he estado jamás, insalubre total. Las toallas y las sábanas sucias, bichos muertos y mocos en las paredes. Baño entero con moho y óxido. Realmente daba mucho asco y miedo estar allí. Es imposible explicar el estado de la habitación, sin hablar de la piscina la cual estaba completamente verde.
