Nice quiet location across the sea.

Very tranquil guest house.

A cheaper alternative to staying in the centre of Kotor. No aircon, so gets quite hot. Everything is kept clean and tidy! Bonus having a private bathroom, at the end of the hall! The bus is extremely unreliable (we waited 3 hours), so plan on getting a taxi or walking. When location was opened in apple maps, it took us to the wrong place, so dont make our mistake.

Good location and good value for money. The facilities are quite clean and you have everything you need. The main issue was that it was very very warm even though we had a fan in the room.

Owner wasn't there but messaged before hand on how to pick up key, where to park car and how to pay. Swimming from the door step. Supermarket very close. Kitchen available.

We visited in the peak of summer and it was extremely hot. A fan was provided, but it didn't do much to cool off the room. The location is great in terms of being on the water, but if you are looking to go into town you will need to take a taxi as the public transit is very unreliable- you will be waiting hours in the heat for a bus that may or may not show. The taxis are pretty affordable but it adds up costing around 10€ one way into Old Town Kotor. The staff is very kind and understanding :...

We had a great stay, but it is a problem that it says that there are aircondition, but really its just a fan. A fan is not able to keep the very hot room cold in hot summer days. Otherwise it was a very nice stay.

This is my second time staying in this hostel. The balcony view is perfect and everything you can wish for in Kotor. The room was clean. Ivana was very kind and friendly, she answered all our questions with details. The shared kitchen has everything you need. You can swim just across the street. The biggest problems are wifi and fan. Wifi is not working properly. And for a place like Kotor (which is very hot in the summer) fan is not enough, hostel definitely needs a proper a/c.

Good property and host was lovely. Sort of a bit far from main part of Kotor and Tivat though. People say it’s a 15min bus trip but be aware that the bus can can >30mins to get to old town and is often very late and there is no consistent arrival times. The actual accomodation itself though is good.

The location is great ! Kotor is a very crowded city but the appartment is located on a calm area reachable by a 15 min bus ride. The appartment is right on the coast of the Kotor bay. And has amazing sea view. It is delightful to wake up in the morning and to take a small walk to the nearest cafe, having breakfast and waiting for the local bus to come before starting a hiking day or visit day in Kotor. Ivana is a great host. She gives good recommandations and is always available.

It's a nice place for the money. Suggestion: you guys might want to give your guests an information sheet when they check in. It should include information about the Blue Line Bus, especially when it comes by the hotel and where it goes. Don't assume your guests will read or even seethe notices on the back of the front door. If a bathroom is out of service, please put a note on the door saying so.

Needed better fans an aircon, way too hot otherwise nice. Also good having the Hyatt nearby to use it’s facilities

Great location and nice staff. One thing to note is that we found the room far too hot throughout the day and night. Its a small room that doesn't catch a breeze; one fan is provided but it does not cool the room sufficiently.

Sehr tolle Unterkunft und definitiv einen Besuch wert! Der freundliche Vermieter und eine generell sehr offene und freundliche Atmosphäre :) Die Wohnung ist außerhalb des Zentrums von Kotor, aber dieses ist, wenn man ein wenig Zeit einplant mit dem Bus, welcher stündlich kommt, gut zu erreichen

It was totally fine and I think for the price and location it’s pretty great but can’t understand the 10 rating. Location is awesome and the shared terrace is nice. The kitchen is very small so really hard if any one else is using it. It’s an old house so it’s quite loud when people come in and out during the night. Again, good value for money but the rating doesn’t match the property.

Not bad, but nothing special. Nice hosts though. Cheap for this area, but coming from BiH still pricy.

The place is super nice and clean. Staff is very kind and willing to help. Good location away from Kotor center yet easy enough to get there by car, public bus or bike

Definitely recommend! Ivan is an absolute legend, he was so welcoming and keen to share knowledge about the area. Our room had a fan and we also had a private bathroom down the hall. The views are stunning and the bus is easy to catch into the Old Town for €1.50 per person. Overall great value for money and top notch hospitality!
