Nomads St Kilda

If you're young and want to party, then this hostel is PERFECT for you. If you are wanting a quiet or wholesome vibe, then this place is NOT for you. Also worth noting that a lot of people that stay here have been here for a few weeks. Easy to meet people despite this, though. We didn't plan on joining the party but the party quite literally came to us as everyone drinks in the dorm rooms. The night we were there, the party did go on to about 1am. We did bring good earplugs, though.

enjoyed my stay here! great location and great staff. en-suite can be annoying especially with no communal bathrooms and no curtains but other than that it was nice

the rooms were fine but not great: spacious room but no sockets or any space to keep your stuff by your bed (like a waterbottle), one en-suite bathroom so if someone was taking a shower you had to wait a while, kitchen and especially the dishes were dirty, good events and communal space to socialize though and staff was helpful and friendly

Amazing hostel, super social if your coming here solo easy way to make friends. Events going on every day, bingo is the best on monday !! Clean and spacious rooms

If you’re planning on getting some sleep before 1 am, you should get some phenomenal good earplugs, people are screaming and shouting in the hallways at night at, and the walls are paper thin. But besides that, it was good

Very social met loads of cool people, good location, not the cleanest but alright, limited charging outlets in the rooms but overall good.

Het is best wel een partyhostel, wat nomads normaal sowieso wel is natuurlijk. Het is vooral gericht op mensen van de UK, welke uit mijn ervaring net doen alsof Australië een grote zuipvakantie aan de andere kant van de wereld is. Er zaten een aantal mensen op mijn kamer die er al een aantal weken zaten, en die eigenlijk heel de dag alleen maar aan het zuipen waren. Dat terzijde was het prima, maar ik ga de volgende keer wel naar een ander soort hostel. Bedden waren schoon, keuken niet echt.

Loved everything about my stay here at Nomads! Staff in all areas were amazing, the bar is a perfect spot for hanging out and meeting new people, not to mention a great pint of Guinness! You’re made to feel very at home here and I can’t wait to visit again next month! Shoutout to the whole team 🙌🏼

Had the best time staying here! Fantastic hostel and always great events on throughout the week to meet new people. Staff were all super friendly and helpful, definitely recommend staying here!

Best hostel I stayed in :) Pros: - free breakfast -room with bathroom - very social hostel - nice staff - next to the beach Cons - takes a long time to get into the city

Amazing place social through the events they host every night however it’s a lot of long term stay people on the visa so most people already had groups

10/10 hostel! Such lovely staff who made me feel so welcome. Also the most social hostel I’ve ever been to with an activity happing most nights at the bar downstairs! 🫶

The kitchen was pretty dirty and there weren’t charger plugs by all beds, otherwise good!

Nice hostel, good vibe and loads of events, very social. It's located close to St Kilda Beach and is only about 25 mins from the CBD
