Staff were so welcoming and very helpful. Rooms were clean and tidy as well as the facilities. We Easy to get in and out of city center which made it so easy to plan our trip. Very cute cat ! Would highly recommend and will be back :)
The place was great the staff was even greater. This was my second time visiting and I highly recommend! The only thing I’d fix would be the pillows

Absolutely loved staying here, it’s so smart. Bathrooms and showers even though shared you still get your private stall, and the showers are great. Love the staff, so friendly and helpful. Will come back!

CityHub was very clean, quiet and a great place to rest. The bathrooms and showers were overall great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hubs were a little tight for movement but the beds were comfortable and cozy.
While I chose CityHub for the location, I was pleasantly surprised by the professional way it is maintained. Each and every staff was really helpful and made our stay truly memorable. I may want to comeback not just for Amsterdam now but also for CityHub.

Beds were really comfortable. Showers and toilets were always extremely clean. Staff were friendly and welcoming and provided great dinner recommendations. Only slight negative is the location is a 40 minute walk from the central station, however there are many public transport options nearby!
Le seul bémol, c'est la climatisation (beaucoup trop fraîche) dans la salle commune et le fait de ne pas avoir de fenêtres peut être un peu angoissant
Hosts were always so friendly and the wristband to get access to everything and everywhere was so convenient! the pods themselves are much bigger than I expected and noise was minimal. I was on a bottom bunk so could hear my neighbour moving around sometimes but wasn't a problem for me at all. You can hear people walking past, but wasn't any different to hearing someone in a hotel room. Shout out to Herman, the local cat, who I had many pets with (also heads up if you have allergies)!
Disfruté mucho mi estadía en el Hub Amsterdam. Me pareció excelente el sistema de dormitorios que aportan comodidad, intimidad, insonorización en tan pequeño espacio. Todo excelente. El personal super amable. Sin duda volvería!!!
Great for a 2-person stay, not necessarily if you want to meet people though. I tried to check-in 2 hours early as sometimes they prepare the pods early. One of the staff members - think his name was Mathias has stopped me from checking. When I left my bag in a locker, he took it upon himself to change the location of it without asking me. This is unacceptable, and the only reason I’m giving staff 3* is because Aleksandra went out of her way to find my bag and actually was helpful.

Great place so stay! The pods were clean, alongside the communal areas. I thought the location was perfect, there’s an amazing vegan bakery round the corner and easy tram links into the city. Loved meeting the cats too! Overall a fab experience, can’t wait to come back!
I’m an Amsterdam local and stayed here for one night with a friend and it was one of the cleanest and most efficient hostels I’ve ever stayed in. If it’s in the perfect location- the pods are perfect for privacy, and the security is also good. If you have the budget, I’d highly recommend city hub.
Love multiple city hubs I've stayed at. Super comfortable and clean. They're not a super social area but good for if you don't want the traditional party hostel vibes. Had a great time. It's a little out of the way though away from the city center. Some people like that- but I preferred closer. But they have metro and lines that make it easy to get where you need to go.
