Really great hostel. Lovely staff and good location with a minute walk to the nearest tram stop. The bed was great to sleep in although I was in the top bunk so it was a little bit hard to climb there and change the bed sheets. Also the toilets were super small so that is a little minus since you barely managed to fit in the toilet. It was nice that you didn’t need a padlock on your locker since it worked with the keycard.
Piccolo ostello molto carino vicino a tutte le attrazioni del centro (10-15 minuti a piedi). II personale è eccezionale
the beds were cozy and the location was perfect. only downside is rhere was no common / social area other than a tiny weird room lol and no kitchen
Overall I really enjoyed staying here. It was comfortable, and the facilities were super clean. The location strikes the perfect balance of being close/easily accessible to the center without completely being in tourist hell.
Hostal limpio, con toallas y sábanas limpias que debe colocar el huésped. Personal amable. Recomendable
Overall great hostel would stay again. Close to trams
This hostel is everything you need. Super comfy, super close to everything. I highly recommend this place the only BUT I will give is that there was no way to open the window and it would feel very stifling, but probably would be a me thing, I don’t know.
The location was just a 1-minute walk to the tram, which was very convenient. Located near the U of Amsterdam, the area didn't feel as busy as the city center, but still felt like things were happening. As for the hostel itself, I felt very safe. The ladies' room was right next to the front desk, which added an extra layer of security. Bathrooms and dorms were always clean. The staff was helpful. People were not very interested in mingling, but were still friendly.
Very good
Really clean and nice beds. Bathrooms / showers were great and in each of the dorms. There wasn't much space to socialise and the staff weren't very friendly when I was there. I would recommend this if someone wanted a more quiet hostel experience rather than a lively one. Location was nice but a bit out of the action. Not bad experience overall, but quiet and not as social as I'd hoped.
Very safe and in a cute neighborhood of Amsterdam. It was pretty clean and did the job in terms of shower, toilets, etc. The staff and other hostlers were very nice but didn't have the overall vibe of a really cool social hostel which I wish it did.
Shout out to Elena & Victoria, great staff, great accommodations, great cleanliness ! Even for staying in 12 person room.
I love there
More like friends, the German staff very nice! I love her!
I really liked the beds in this hostel, plenty of headroom. I was in the all-female space and it was very quiet and peaceful while I was there. The communal space is a bit small, but that isn't something I prioritize very highly, so I didn't mind. Showers are GREAT - both a waterfall and a handheld, with plenty of room.
The ladies dorm was clean. Not too much space in lockers if your backpack ist bigger for longer trips. Employees were very friendly. I think there is no room for prepping/ store your own foods, atleast I didnt see one. All in all I had a good time 😊
Location, cleanless and security are excellent. I WOULD NOT ASK FOR MORE However, their facilities are very limited, so it is not suitable to lonngterm stay. Also the vibe is poor comparing to many other hostels. My major point is the amount I pay which is approximately $60/night, which too expensive to what I get. I understand that sometime the price drop to $30 which is fair for the value you get
Staff: I asked the receptionist that checked me in one simple question "I have already checked in online, why would I have to do it again?" She replied "if you don't like it you can go somewhere else." Value: very expensive 50 Euro per night for a wooden coffin, not worth it. Facility: small place, 18 ppl in one small area, ppl are constantly in and out, very noisy bc of the wooden box small movements big impact. Do not accept bottom bed. 2 hangers for 6 ppl, 2 small toilets and 2 shower.
Staff was really kind, easy to check in early specifically! Location was okay, slightly far from some of the tourist activities. But easy to take the tram. Atmosphere wasn’t the okay, people were not easily social. Bathrooms were clean for the most part, showers are small. Not the best for people’s first time at a hostel–beds are close to one another.
