Great spot with elevator/lift.

Decent place in a quiet area not very far from train station, we spent two nights here. Breakfast was decent and had everything you need to start the day, will recommend

Really the best I’ve seen. Super clean, super comfortable, and extremely helpful.

I only spent one night at the hotel, but it is super safe, the breakfast is wonderful, the people are polite and kind. There is a comfortable lounge to read or just rest. And it is super close to the center.

The Location is really close by to the train station and lots of restaurants nearby. The hotel is nice and clean and the staff from the breakfast buffet was amazing! only the receptionist is bit grumpy and doesn’t even smile to us. but mostly our stay is great

They initially overcharged me at check-in, but adjusted the charge when I pointed out the mistake. I was told at check-in that my room was ready, but when I went up I found a maid still cleaning it and waited awkwardly for several minutes until she finished. The floor or at least several rooms share a bathroom, so you had to wait sometimes. Otherwise, the location was quiet and not too far from the train station/city center and the breakfast was nice.

Great price for Switzerland. Nice location in beautiful Lucerne.

Stayed in a private and kept it solo so can’t speak too much to community environment. About a 10-15 minute walk to the Old Town on a quiet residential street. The room was very clean - with housekeeping coming daily. We had some issues with shower flooding into rest of bathroom since it was handicap setup. Asked concierge for some tips on where to eat and what to do and didn’t get any recs which was unfortunate. Quiet and safe place.

Very clean, very safe place. Staff at the front desk were very helpful. It's just a very sterile kind of feeling. If you need a clean place to stay for a night or two. Not going to hang out and meet other people. However I did appreciate the quiet when sleeping. Price seems quite high for what you are getting, but it's Lucerne. Quick 10minute walk to the water.
