La verdad que la seguridad, dejó mucho que desear al no haber recepción entra cualquiera. Yo viví una situación fea y nadie se hizo cargo, porque tampoco hay número para llamar si pasa algo.
Loved the space more than everything! Great shared spaces, beautiful and super clean kitchen. Also many rest rooms and showers. Capsules were great too! My only inconvenience was that I didnt know this was a self check in and there was no option to get in earlier to leave the bags, would have been helpful. Also, never got the check in email and had to find a phone to get in touch with someone to troubleshoot - a whatsapp number would have been great since many travelers dont have a phone line.

Nice in concept and for one nights sleep while passing through is fine. No staff at the property it’s all done through a self check in system at the door. Because of this I was stuck outside waiting for emails and confirmation codes for 10-15mins. when I arrived in the morning with all my bags phoned the help desk number and got no answer multiple times and when I emailed I eventually got the m response that you can’t store luggage at this property so I had to carry my bags with me till chec...
It was solid, the actual pods were really nice and super private. I got the best night sleep that I’ve had in a while here. Though the bathroom was a bit weird with toilets about a foot away from you while you’re showering, but overall a good experience.

This is a really nice property for short stays. The beds are comfy and the property has everything you need! The bathrooms are compact with a shower and toilet in the same cubicle with a curtain to divide the two. The bathrooms floors were nearly always wet but still kept clean. The communal area was comfy and had the basic necessities though team and coffee were requested to be paid for.
It is close to the city centre, feels secure and getting around from self checkin is elaborate and well documented
The capsules are well ventilated, I never felt hot or uncomfortable. Each one is equipped with a charger, lights, and handy hooks for your towel or umbrella. Everything was very clean as well.
Overall great experience from what you would expect of a capsule/pod hotel. Rather spacious kitchen/hangout/working space. 2 separate restrooms away from the showering area of 3 showers that has 2 more toilets. Wasnt loud. Beds were nice. Checkin was all digital. Right near a bus stop that is minutes away from the main station. Overall good experiencez recommended
It's a fantastic concept but the Capsules are hot as all out. I stayed there in late May. It's was a lovely temperature outside but inside the Capsule it was way too hot to sleep. They definitely don't exchange the air as well as they say they do. You can breath but it feels very stuffy.
The capsules were extremely hot and stuffy inside, making sleeping nearly impossible. Fortunately, my capsule was located next to the window, and by keeping my capsule door open all night, it eventually cooled down. Others however weren't as lucky. I overheard another guest in the kitchen complain it was so hot as well. This was in the beginning of June, with the day high being 22C (low 70s). I can't imagine a stay in July or August.
Einloggen für 3 Pers. war für mich schwierig und nicht sofort klar. Zum Glück war jemand vor Ort und konnte uns helfen. Wir hatte 3 Kapsel (eine für 12 jährige Tochter), Preis d.h. als Fam. eher hoch (3 Personen voll bezahlt) Konzept super Vielen Dank
Very efficient and quiet
Bed was comfortable and the capsule concept was cool. I was in Lucerne for one night so it did the job but I wouldn’t go here if you’re wanting to socialise, I didn’t see anyone in the hostel and it’s not very sociable. But for a place to sleep it was grand. Although one issue was hostel world said check out was at 11am but it’s actually 10.30am I was kicked out by the cleaning lady lol
The door to enter the building is secured via a code, which I did not get after booking (checked all the emails). So I had call the reception (located somewhere else) and ask for a code to be able to enter and check in. Given that I don't have a Swiss sim card, that was quite an expensive phone call. Also, it smelled a little moldy inside. Not to bad, but it was noticable. Not in the capsule though. Otherwise, it was clean. The Hostel also has a decent sized living area, which is quite nice.
I loved this place. Didn’t interact with anyone and I never met a staff member but the capsule concept was so cool! And the restrooms were nice and spacious. Would definitely go again. It’s not a place for a social hostel though which I don’t care. I’m just happy I got good sleep 🤣
Very clean space and good location but minimal facilities. I have stayed in other capsule hotels that have more space and more to offer.
Great place to stay if you want to do lots of exploring in the city of Lucerne. My capsule was nicely warm in autumn and had good ventilation. Slept pretty well.
