Hotel Green Caps Cancun

i had such a cool stay for one night & i would recomend everyone to try it out! i felt like i was an avatar or on a literal spaceship & IT WAS SO RAD! the girl at the front desk was quite lazy tho and not ever really avaialable so that was annoying! but once we finally got all checked in and had our key it was fine EXCEPT there was no front desk staff the next day for us to check out so i never received my key deposit back. so staffing isn’t very good. but the pods & location were GREAT!!!

Good for the price, capsules are small which is expected but for the average solo traveler it was nice. Bathrooms were ok nothing crazy but nice

I’m not a fan of the location in the busy touristic area but you can find some good places to eat if you walk a bit. There’s no athmosphere as such, hence the rating - the common area is not very inviting. The capsules are great otherwise but don’t isolate any noise. It’s good for a one-night stay

Very good option if you are looking for a short stay , walking distance to the beach and all the clubs. Pods walls are really thin so you can hear everything from outside and neighboring rooms. Staff was fantastic.
