Golden Mountain Hostel

Honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a hostel. My bed had period blood in it from the guest before (it hadn’t been changed) and the staff made me change it myself. No compensation whatsoever. The staff had no control over how many guests there were so beds were double booked causing things disappearing. One girl had mice poop next to her bed. I really hope they get things sorted because it’s a beautiful place.

Worst place ive ever stayed at!! There were rats, bedbugs, dead insects on the bed and in the bathroom and it was overall just a very disgusting experience. They didn’t change the bedsheets after someone left and there was trash liked used tissues in the bed. They also never wrote down which bed they gave out so if you left your bed and didnt have a lot of stuff on it they would just give it to someone else. This was the worst hostel I stayed at in Vietnam. The place is extremely dirty — the bathrooms were literally full of feces and clearly not cleaned. The showers have nowhere to put your belongings. It’s impossible to sleep because of constant noise. The staff is useless and gives no information. There’s no laundry option. To make it worse, one of my flip-flops was stolen during the night. I strongly do not recommend this place

Never choose this hostel. Well only if you love bedbugs, mouse poo and dead caterpillars in your bed. They will assign you to a random bed and does not know what they are doing. DON’T stay here please.

Les chambres sont très mal insonorisées, les chambres sont sales, le ménage n’est jamais fait à mon avis, les toilettes sont parfois bouchées pendant des heures, c’est vraiment horrible, pas de service de laverie, la salle de bain il n’y a rien pour accrocher ses affaires, c’est très mal agencé, les sanitaires sont à l’extérieur, et j’en passe

Great hostel, brilliant staff

I only stayed for a night at Golden Mountain Hostel but I loved it. The rooms were clean, breakfast was great and the staff was incredibly friendly. A special shoutout to Thai who was simply the best host☺️ I absolutely recommend this hostel!
