Resort Campogaio

Tents are freezing at night, partly our bad for packing light. The beach was beautiful despite it being more of a lookout. Staff were wonderful, this was a great stay for a short term trip. I wish there were blankets in the shop.

Beautiful location. Wonderful cats wandering around the property to keep you company. Relatively clean accommodations. Compliments end there. Staff could use a lesson in customer service, especially the host/waiter of the restaurant. Quite rude. Makes his disdain for customers known by the look on his face and way he speaks to you. Having to pay cash for the shuttle is dumb. Just a way to scam you at the ATM. If anything should be cash/coins, it’s laundry services

We had a great time at our hostel stay! The beds were comfortable (not so much the pillows.) There was a lot to do inside the camp and they made travel easy as well. We only had one set of towels for one day and weren’t able to get more so that wasn’t great. But we made it work. The beach was beautiful and there was a nice market and restaurant. It was clean and we would definitely suggest it for others to stay!

We had a really good stay here. Only negatives were the overpriced restaurant, the bathroom of our cabin was quite smelly and the campsite as a whole was very dusty. But vibes were good and the staff were super helpful, we had a thunderstorm and they allowed us to wait until the rain cleared to check out and brought the van down to help us head to reception without getting too wet. The shuttle service into town was also great - but don’t look for ‘campogaio’ on the vans look for ‘SantaFo...

This place has it all — beach, pool, mini market, restaurant, and a shuttle to the city so you don’t feel trapped. Mini market staff = the best. Only thing missing is a bar to chill at night, but overall, good times and chill vibes. Would stay again.

I really enjoyed my stay here! Very different to a hostel but I had my own private cabin and bathroom with air conditioning which was great! Little private beach was really good. Great facilities onsite including a restaurant with takeaway pizza and a mini market. Location was not great being outside of Sorrento city but the campground shuttle bus was really handy! I also did the boat tour to Amalfi and Positano which was a great day. Saw an amazing sunset and sunrise as well. Would come again

This place is awesome!! It’s a huge compound of mini cabins, camping, glamping, and RV spots with its own private cliffside beach, pool, mini market and restaurant. It has an amazing view of Sorrento from many spots around the area with everything you’d ever need and it’s affordable! They will even drive you to and from your accommodations in a golf cart with your luggage so you don’t have to drag it there. They offer a short shuttle service to & from Sorrento every 30 minutes for just 2...

This place has too many problems to be considered a good hostel. It's a good campsite, but not a good hostel. This is the first time someone has charged me for internet access at a hostel or hotel where I've already made a reservation. You can only pay with cash at the front desk, but inside the place, you can only use credit cards. The beach (which isn't a beach) was completely deserted on Wednesday. There were no lifeguards or staff. I have many other comments

Le camping en général était absolument génial. Le bungalow était très propre, et les services que propose le camping sont multiples ; plage privée, supermarché, restaurant, piscine, tout ce dont on a besoin pour passer de bonnes vacances. Le cadre est très agréable, et le prix très attractif pour la quantité de services proposés. Je recommande vivement cet établissement et j’y retournerai sans hésiter si je devais revenir à Sorrente ☺️

We liked our stay here! My friend and I stayed in the cabin and it was small but perfect for us:) the staff is super sweet and we liked the atmosphere a lot! The only thing is the walk to town is a little sketchy since there aren’t sidewalks so it’s a tight fit with the cars, but the place provides a shuttle for two euros each ride! The shuttle is super regular so that wasn’t a problem:) Overall we had a great time!

Exelente relación precio-servició. Todo muy correcto. La ubicación , servicio de transfers y las vistas sobre el mar son extraordinarias. Pienso regresar.

Cabins are comfortable, especially those facing the water with a view of the mountain where you are surrounded by nature. I arrived at the end of the season and the few travelers there were housed near the check in desk. Noise carries very well as cabins are situated closely together, so I could hear my neighbors’ conversations on both sides of me. There is one thin towel provided, one felt blanket per bed, a heater/ac unit, and a hair dryer. The restaurant provides fantastic meals and service...

The perfect change from a traditional style hostel at a similar price. We had a twin cabin with ensuite which was equipped with a bunk bed and a single bed, fridge and aircon and private ensuite. There is a shuttle bus running too and from the center of Sorrento town every half an hour for €2 per person as the walk in and out can take 25 minutes up a hill, although its worth walking atleast once for the views!. Private beach and pool for resoet guests. Cannot recommend this place enough.

The location was about a 30 minute walk from downtown. The staff was very nice. Our treehouse was very cramped and we struggled to fit our belongings. It was freezing at night and the blankets were very thin and the accommodation got very dirty very quickly. The pool and beach were nice but there were no lounge chairs to sit on at the beach, unlike what is depicted in the photos. It was a shame that there were no food making facilities at all - you had to eat at a restaurant. Too expensive.

Super fint sted, det er vigtigt at man tager en bus eller taxa fra stationen, for det er ikke sikkert at gå på vejen der hen, også selvom Google maps forslår det. Dog er det lidt forvirrende den første gang man tager campingstedets egen bus, og det koster 2 euro Per vej Per person. Overkøjen i køjesengene har ingen afskærmning hvilket jeg personligt vil synes er ubehageligt at sove i. Jeg ved ikke om det bare var os der var uheldige med der var ingen toiletpapir eller håndsæbe i hytten...

I really enjoyed my stay! Beautiful place and views, the service was good. Consider there is a lot of walking and going up stairs involved. Also, it is a camping site so bring your own toiletries as none are provided (and anything else you might need).

Camping was great here, very cosy cabin. My only complaints were that it seemed like they were always cleaning the bathroom in the mornings, and the beach area was expensive to get a seat or any food/drinks

O ambiente é confortável porém muito pequeno. A localização não é das melhores mas tem o auxílio de van durante o dia. Tudo precisa ser pago em dinheiro o que não faz o mínimo sentido nos dias de hoje

1. Entrega de la habitacion demorada 2. Publicidad engañosa no tiene playa 3. No cambian toallas y no dan ningun tipo implemento de aseo 4. El bus que transporta lo cobran 5. No asean la habitacion y tampoco hay implementos para hacerlo

It is a campsite, I think it should not be on a hostel platform. They charge you for wifi (crazy). Not recommended for going alone.
