+ Die Lage war gut, nur zehn Minuten ins Zentrum von León. Das Restaurant Don Jacks in unmittelbarer Nähe ist sehr empfehlenswert.

- Die Unterkunft ist zweckmäßig, aber ungepflegt. Das wechselnde Personal war durchgängig unfreundlich und genervt, lediglich eine Mitarbeiterin war freundlich und behilflich bei der Entfernung einer amtlichen Kakerlake im Bad. Über zwei Tage war in meinem Zimmer mit eigenem Bad kein bis kaum Wasser vorhanden. Mit dem Wissen, dass das vorkommen kann in Nicaragua, wundere ich mich dennoch, dass darüber in keinster Weise kommuniziert wurde. Die Atmosphäre war insgesamt sehr unangenehm in der gesamten Unterkunft.

+ The staff were so friendly and accommodating, willing to help us with anything we needed. The hotel was super pet friendly and they even had an area in the back for our dog to roam around. We loved the location too, close to the market and cental area, plus there was safe parking for our motorbikes.

- We weren't aware that there was a shortage of water during the days here. We could only use the shower etc before 6am or after 8pm, which was fine for us, but others might want to know this in advance. The WiFi didn't reach our room so we had to use our own data in our room or work in the common area. Again, not important if you don't rely on Internet.

+ Estaba limpio el lugar en general, nos ayudaron a llevar maleta cuando llegamos.

- En los servicios ofrecen aire acondicionado en la habitación (la cual había A/C) pero no estaba en funcionamiento, el cuarto es cerrado por lo tanto hacía calor, la ducha no contaba con las condiciones y falta mantenimiento. Personal no se responsabilizó por la falta de aire y respondieron de mala manera. No hay relación precio - servicio. En mi experiencia no volvería.
