Collection O Airport Kuta Bali Hotel

Honestly I wanted to cry after walking in here. I was so tired from my flight and the smell was so gross, I could barely breathe. Then I saw the bed. DISGUSTING. It had so many stains on the pillow and sheets. There was no way I was getting in there. The aircon didn’t work, the window was broken and the wifi doesn’t work at all! Good location for airport but there is better options for a bit more money which I switched to after 1 night here. Arrived and got up to my room and door was open and wouldn’t close properly the whole time I was there turned the AC on and it started leaking then went to shower and it was dirty, no toilet roll, bed springs broken, bedside outlet was hanging off the wall and broken. Did provide 2 bottles of water though.

Sheets had dead skin on them and felt dirty. Not a restful sleep. Proximity to airport helpful for late flights

was dirty, stains and hairs on sheets and headboard. bathroom was dirty and smelt bad. no soap and dripping taped up bum gun. shower curtain was dirty.

Definitely not coming back to this place!! Looks nothing like the photos
