Graffi City House

The room I was given was occupied by three homeless men – or at least that’s what they looked like. They asked me for money a few times, which was really strange. And the worst part was that they were just snorting cocaine right there in the room.

overall good people working there, and the location is super safe and in the city centre. There is only one space for hangout and its medium size, so don't have high expectations

Had a great experience there, close to most of historical places and markets, easy to do anything by foot. The staff were very prestative, the accommodation was clean everyday but simple.

A new facility that is kept very clean. The hostel couldn’t be any closer to the nightlife in centro. You walk out the hostel door and the streets are busy. Most young backpackers stay over by lagoa not in centro. This could be fun for a night but know what you’re getting into. Here you’ll find more Brazilians with suitcases than English girls with backpacks. But if you do want to stay in centro — then this would be the perfect pick.

This hostel is definitely for a certain type of traveler who wants to party. The staff were great, friendly and helpful, it was clean. Great location not too far from the city centre or the bus station. That's why I chose it. My only problem was that it didn't follow its own rules. The hostel was supposed to be quiet and music turned off at midnight but one night, the bar at reception kept the music on well passed that. It wasn't not a big problem, if I didn't have to catch the bus the next morn...

Très bien situé, le staff est très cool mais pas réellement d’ambiance quand je suis venue ! Les draps tachés, le lit collé à la clim, des douches assez petite et mal nettoyé avec un lavabo en dehors de la SDB mais direct dans la chambre ce qui dérange tout le monde ..

Stayed for one night and would say this was our least favourite place due to the location and vibe but can’t really expect much from staying in the centre. If you come to Floripa go to the beach towns not here.

it's good located if you want to be in the centre. the rooms are air conditioned, have on suits and lockers. unfortunately, the sink is in the room, so when people came back in the middle of the night, they turned on the light to get ready for bed. also, there is no common areas except one sofa at reception. the staff was really nice

Não havia toalha de chão no banheiro. Portanto, o piso estava sempre molhado e não havia como secar.

Ok hostel, felt more like a transit hub than a gathering place. But overall clean and as advertised.

ótima localização e instalações limpas e confortáveis, porém queimou a resistência do chuveiro, avisei a recepção por volta das 16h e ficaram de arrumar no dia seguinte sendo que as outras pessoas do quarto tiveram que ir tomar banho no dormitório masculino. Achei isso bem ruim!

Térreo com diferentes ambientes para home office, (satisfação imensa em opinar) distração, consumação. Procure Manu, atendimento perfeito. Quarto com beliches feitas em metal e leito inferior bem distante do leito superior, o que causa conforto, segurança e bem estar. Corredor prático, identificação numérica de portas, camas e armários: facilitando tudo. Design de ambiente com gráficos e visual de integração cultural de diferentes continentes. Muito bem pensado todos os ambientes...

The hostel was fine, no problems and decent location in the centre of town. I also can’t say anything bad about the staff of this hostel. The woman who checked us in was lovely and helpful and also very patient with our limited Portuguese.

there are no common areas, no kitchen, no extra bathroom in the hallway, feels like a very profit orientated place and not like a real hostel, i was very disappointed!

Lo único “malo” es que no tiene cocina comunitaria, pero es un lugar súper limpio, bien puesto y cómodo, buena ubicación y el precio inmejorable. La ropa de cama impecable. Pense que había perdido el celular y el recepcionista de la mañana me súper ayudo y me tranquilizó, por suerte después lo encontré, pero el chico se portó re bien. Graciasss ❤️

such a great hostel, super clean, organized and modern! i meet the best friends possible, thanks for this innbox 🙏🏻 the only negative point is that the hostel doesn’t promove any interaction between the guests, it doesn’t have a real atmosphere! but i still really recommend, and for sure i’ll come back, by the way i loved to stay at downtown on this time!

Estuve en habitación femenina de 6 personas. Excelente limpieza. La ubicación perfecta para quien quiera moverse mucho. Se llega al hostel caminando 15 min de la Rodoviaria y a 5min está la estación de Omnibus . Solo se debe tener en cuenta que no tiene cocina. Solo un microondas, una pava eléctrica y una tostadora. Para mi fue suficiente.
