Lucca hostel is a really good place to be in Medellin, I really like it coworking zone and it’s a quiet neighborhood
+ O lugar tem uma energia ótima. É tranquilo, limpo, organizado, a cozinha é bem equipada, os banheiros são bons, cama confortável, é silencioso e tem um espaço ótimo pra trabalhar, além dos voluntários e colaboradores serem pessoas maravilhosas. Me senti muito bem la, recomendo demais!
- Só senti falta mesmo de um espelho de corpo inteiro, fora isso, absolutamente nada a reclamar.

- Another guest that says he's been there for more than a month, constantly uses the terrible and derogatory N-word every day, multiple times a day.
+ The place is so clean and beautiful. I love it. The beds are so comfy too.
- This place used to be the greatest, but some things have changed. There is a long-term guest there that uses the N-word over and over and they don't recognize quiet hours at any time, so sleep gets really difficult. I kept extending my stay hoping it would be like it used to be, but it just never did.
+ Es un lugar limpio y ordenado en cuanto a cocina y baño se refiere
- El tema de que no hay control con el tema de descanso de noche dentro del hostal(si hacen fiesta o quedan conversando en áreas comunes hasta pasada 2:00am) es posible escuchar todos los ruidos dentro del hostal en la habitación del segundo piso, para una persona que trabaja es horrible no poder descansar bien. Lo otro es que si es que llueve fuerte se entra agua en las habitaciones del segundo y también a la zona de cowork que ellos ofrecen, si es peligroso para los dispositivos electrónicos.
+ Super schönes Hostel, sauber und bequem, nette Mitarbeiter und entspannte Atmosphäre. Sehr zu empfehlen. In der Gegend gibt's es Restaurants, Supermärkte und die Metrostation ist ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
- Etwas außerhalb, aber man kann nah El Poblado laufen (30min) und sonst kommt man überall gut mit dem Uber hin

+ Excelente, muy buena atención, conocer personas de todas partes y espacios para compartir.
Weird things going on in this hostel. It had about 10 men in it and they were there all day and night smoking weed on the balcony making the entire place stink. The men were creepy, I think a sex worker was there one night. They would sit outside of my dorm talking about women in the most disgusting way. No toilet roll for 2 days and everytime I'd lock my hostel door I'd come back to it wide open with the lights on. I'd stay away as a solo female I was with a mate. Had I been alone I'd have left
+ La ubicación, la limpieza y conocer algunas personas de otras culturas muy agradables, y con quien hice amistad.
- Al principio todo parecía bien, pero la realidad fue otra. En este hostel cobran una toalla en esta plataforma que nunca entregan y además intentan cobrar tarifas distintas a las de Booking. Lo más grave: un voluntario argentino llamado Gonzalo me agredió verbalmente, gritándome y llamándome “falsa” frente a otros, mientras el gerente encargado se limitó a decirle “cálmate” sin protegerme ni ofrecer disculpas. Fue una humillación pública y un vacío absoluto de liderazgo. Sin yo hacerle absolutamente nada, la conversación era solo con el Gte administrador que estaba de turno. Yo estaba llegando agotada de la calle, cuando me disponía a pagarle lo pendiente. En este lugar no manda el gerente ni los dueños, manda un voluntario sin control que con su gran EGO me decía lo que le daba la gana para hacerme sentir mal. Nadie se presentó a dar la cara ni a disculparse. Una experiencia traumática que jamás debería repetirse con ningún huésped.

Amazing hostel. Wonderful staff. The cleanest hostel I’ve ever been to. Great location, not far from the metro, but outside the hectic city center.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Lucca Hostel in Medellín. Great facilities — kitchen, lounge, workstations, rooms, and an amazing balcony. Relaxed vibe but easy to meet great people. Yamila keeps everything spotless. Short walk to El Poblado and the metro, with food and shops nearby. I even extended my stay. Highly recommended.
Très bon hostel un peu en dehors del Poblado. Le quartier est plus calme mais reste sécurisé. Très bonne ambiance, personnel très agréable, hostel tout équipé. Excellente surprise pour ma part !
Es un lugar que se siente como llegar a casa de tus primos, la atención por todos es cálida y el lugar es cómodo, limpio y muy bien ubicado porque tienes muy cerca la zona turística de la fiesta pero también la cultural. Dale una oportunidad a Lucca y siéntete como en casa.
I felt really at home here! It was quiet the week I stayed, but it was easy to get to know guests and staff because we all loved using the kitchen (it's huge and has a blender!). There is lots of common space and the neighborhood is off the tourist track but walking distance from Poblado. The only downside is that reception isn't 24 hours, so sometimes you have to wait until the next day to get help if you have a question or something isn't working.
