Lisbon Chillout Apartments

We have some issues with our reservation. 1. The apartment is on the third floor with very awkward stairs to climb, which the description doesn't specify. 2. We requested 4 single beds or mattresses, but there was only one double bed and a sofa bed withoutsheets and a duvet. 3.The bathroom door was locked few times. 4 The last night we were there,a couple appeared at the door and opened it saying they had reservations for that night.They gave them another apartment but it was very unsafe service

Apartamento fabuloso en una zona muy centrica. Muy bien equipado y limpio. Como punto negativo las escaleras, muy estrechas y empinadas resultando un poco peligrosas

Súper bonito el departamento y muy atento el staff previo a mi llegada. También es muy lindo gesto que dejen vino y galletas para hacer la bienvenida más confortable. Muchas gracias, un placer mi estancia allí. El barrio es espectacular, lleno de bares, muy antiguo y con callecitas que suben y bajan ❤️ Posibilidades de mejora: -El desagüe de la ducha -El colchón matrimonial está pidiendo cambio -Cuidado con la puerta de entrada al edificio que no cierra, queda siempre abierta.

We had a great time and the apartment was perfect for us. It was nice and quiet in the apartment while still being close to some lively cafes and restaurants, and it’s easy to get public transport from there too. The climb up/down the stairs is a bit tricky with luggage but otherwise it was perfect and we’re very happy with our choice to stay there.

Appartement bien placé au centre de toutes les attractions. Il faudrait indiquer que les escaliers sont raides. Petit bémol, les moteurs de climatisations dans le patio dégagent beaucoup de vent quand ils sont en action. Penser à installer des portes-manteaux et porte-serviettes. BOn contact et réponse rapide du personnel à toutes mes questions lors de la réservation et pour la confirmations. on a passé très un bon séjour.

All very good, the only negative is no hooks to hang jackets onto or towels in the bathroom. No place to hang anything, so we were hanging wet towels and coats together on door handles.
