Hotel Enziana Wienn

- Todo. Mucho ruido. Estaba un grupo de jóvenes entre 16-18 años con una fiesta y ruido. Azotando puertas y brincando si literalmente brincando en el piso arriba del nuestro desde las 3 am a las 5 am, con gritos súper fuertes aprox 7-10 jóvenes y el personal no les llamó la atención, al otro día se les encontró fumando y se les perdonó la multa de 300€ solo por que un grupo de 10 mujeres jovenes y 1 adulta le estaban acorralando e insultando al joven de recepción. Definitivamente no es un lugar para descansar, ni en un hostal se compartan de esa manera. Las fotos no corresponden a la realidad y el precio no vale la pena. Definitivamente les recomiendo no venir.

- Не понравилось изоляция комнат. Между комнатами двери через которые было всё слышно. Соседи были шумные. Две ночи нашего прибывания в комнате нам было не комфортно

+ Bella struttura in una posizione comoda che ci ha permesso di non prendere mai i mezzi pubblici. Purtroppo l’acqua della doccia non era mai molto calda. Un’altra cosa che non apprezzo particolarmente è la moquette che rende gli spazi poco igienici e puliti. C’è da dire però che per il prezzo pagato in quel determinato periodo dell’anno (capodanno) è stato perfetto e queste piccole cose non hanno ostacolato o rovinato il nostro soggiorno nella meravigliosa Vienna. Voto 10 per la colazione: varia e abbondante.

- Poca acqua calda e infissi antiquati che facevano passare spifferi non poco freddi.

+ Cercano a tomar tranvía. Muy buena disposición y amabilidad de parte del staff. Pieza cómoda.

- La pieza era helada a pesar de la calefacción. Por la ventana entraba viento constantemente. Nuestros vecinos de la pieza del lado, fumaban constantemente marihuana cuando decía que en el hotel no estaba permitido fumar.0

+ Passables Zimmer, Frühstück okay

- Sehr laute Straße, Fenster öffnen nicht empfohlen

+ Bed was very comfortable. Close public transport.

- Some of the staff were lovely but two particular guys were just very rude. Our sink was blocked and when brushing out teeth it would back up. The same was happening in the bath when going for shower that too would back up. We tried to clean the sink out and a load of black dirt came out of the drain. Rang reception, but it was not sorted. There was only a drop of body wash in the hotel for one night in the bottle asked them for more but they never replaced it. No stopper for the bath. When we put our towels on the ground to change our for our last night they were hung back up. I knew because I had wet a patch on the towel and it was still wet when we returned to the hotel that evening. The red curtains were old and hanging off the window and too big and always pooled on the floor. Our save wouldn’t work when we arrive too and they had to take it away to fix it. Just a lot of issues that could have been avoided.
