+ The concept seemed cool at first.

- The shared bathrooms smelled really bad and weren’t clean. The kitchen had really dirty utensils and they were extremely basic. My food disappeared and when I told the team they didn’t seem that fussed. On the first night I had a massive bug in my capsule I was moved to a capsule but it had been used they didn’t verify. Then had to change rooms. Did not get any type of refund even though so many problems

- The lights don’t come on on the stairs and in the corridors. Code to get into the room. Toilet very small.
