Just loved the very relaxed atmosphere and the staff were both so helpful and kind
Room 10 was disgusting. Everywhere reeked of cigarettes. The bed especially reeked of cigarettes and sweat. I think it is probably from the last guest, I'm guessing the hotel did not properly clean and wash the sheets. I could not sleep all night. Windows don't close fully with the locks, so you have to decide between comfort and security. I was happy with the location, very convenient. But I will never stay here again, there's other accommodation nearby.
Very Helpful staff and great location, very close to old town.Great value for money. Only qualms was with towels. just bring your own towel!
The staff was great and very welcoming and helpful to where I needed to go. The location as a solo traveler was a bit sketchy and I sometimes did get lost ion this area. But it really is close to Old Chania along the waterfront and was easy to walk to once you are familiar with the roads. Overall, it was a lovely peaceful and quiet place and I really enjoyed that element.
The Hotel Tina is a great and affordable choice for Chania. Just outside the Old Town, it is easy to get anywhere around the city. The staff was incredibly friendly and you could tell they genuinely cared about making sure you had a good stay. For such a good price too, this is an exceptional place to stay in Chania.
An amazing experience to stay in Tina hotel.. right in the middle of the city, very friendly staff, clean, cheap, right near the bus station, felt safe and would love to stay there again if i visit Chania in the future! Good job guys
Great authentic Greek experience with everything you need, great location and great value for money. Only negative was people smoking inside the building which was unpleasant for us as non-smokers.
The guys that run this place are amazing. They are genuine and caring people who want you to enjoy your time at the property and in Crete. The hotel is great ifyou are looking for some privacy and alone time after the craziness of hostels. The location is fantastic, easy walk to the old Town, Venetian harbor and top quality cafes and bars. My room was cleaned each tarday with fresh towels.

the owners were lovely and the location was great, however the room wasn't very clean, the fridge smelled, when we showered water appeared on the floor. my friend said there were some bugs that didn't allow her to sleep, potentially on the cover. value for money alright, but unless you are a couple probably better to stay in a hostel.
Hotel Tina was perfectly located, within 10 min walk of the old town, bus station, grocery store, most pick up points (if not nearer). Nikos was a great host; friendly, helpful and attentive throughout my stay. As I have said to Nikos, I will be returning next summer! Thanks again Nikos and see you soon! Charlotte x
This nice little hotel was great value for money and well located in centre of Chania. It was very clean and the owner Nikos couldn't have given a warmer welcome. It was lovely to have a room and hot shower to myself after a few days in a dorm. Hope to return again soon. Thanks for a great stay Nikos.

Outstanding Wellcome from the receptionist Very friendly and helpful He insisted on carrying my heavy suitcases upstairs I guess because there were no lifts Left luggage in their security room while we visited the city Would definitely recommend them. Shop nearby for water and snacks, including a ‘nut’ shop which specialises in all sorts of nuts in honey etc✅
Es ist sehr sehr dreckig. Das Bad und das Bett sind einfach nur ekelhaft. Garnicht erst unters Bett schauen, da wird nie sauber gemacht. Selbst die Fernbedienungen sind total versifft und kleben schon sowie auch die Lichtschalter. Mochte nichts anfassen. Hab mich selten so unwohl gefühlt. Wir waren im EG. Die Lage ist top, die Mitarbeiter nett.
Staff was very helpful and friendly. Location was terrific, very close to old town. Facilities were ok - nothing special but had everything you needed. The AC was a nice surprise
