The hostel is very basic, which is expected for the price, but the experience could have been better. I tried contacting them before arrival by phone and email and got no response. The room was simple, but the sheets had stains, and on the last night there was a large cockroach next to the bed. Staff is great, location is great, but it's like sleeping on the street. So much noise, you can hear everything from outside and inside. No towels. Also not for rent. There is a kitchen, but it has nothing. No fridge, no cutlery. Can't use it. Bed is also uncomfortable and room is very light so I didn't sleep well. Very safe tho, staff always there.

Not as the pictures show and greatly misrepresented. The so called kitchen is a closet with virtually no equipment. Place is cramped and quite small and depressing. They charged me more than quoted for luggage storage because of an error by the staff - they are Robbers and dishonest. There is much better value around.

Accueil plutôt bon à mon arrivée mais draps pas changé , pas de serviettes. Pour le bruit de la.nuit je m'y étais préparé et j'ai dormi avec des boules quies. Pour la sécurité , le personnel de l'hôtel utilise les toilettes du 1 er étage pour faire pipi room du quartier contre 10 pesos autant vous dire que c'est le défilé toute la nuit. It was difficult to find as there is no sign outside on the street. The staff were friendly and answered the phone to let us in immediately even though it was 4am. The hostel is very tired and a bit grimy but the bed was comfy and the sheets were clean. There was nothing to dry your hands on in the bathrooms which I found strange. The location is good for exploring. Nothing to write home about but it was cheap and fine!

Zentrale Unterkunft mit netten Personal. Zimmer ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und ich habe mich alleine als Frau nicht komplett sicher gefühlt.

Yo lo uso para cuando tengo compromisos por la noche . En lugar de usar uber a mi domicilio retirado del centro prefiero quedarme con ellos duermo más, estoy segura y de día continuo mi día normal.

This wasn’t the worst experience I’ve had. If you need somewhere to stay for a night or two, then book it. Location is great, but facilities are not super maintained. There’s no atmosphere here if you’re looking for social travel. Staff was fine; we were helped at check in but not very helpful other than giving us the room key.

It’s a hostel located in Zona Rosa, location is good but at the same time the walls are too thin that you can hear people in the other rooms, people partying on the street, etc. Internet is slow and the place looks a bit old and without much renovations. Doing check out late (5 minutes) it’s extra fee, leaving luggage also, you can’t wait in the common areas, etc

Warm reception from the staff.Tidy,clean,good sized rooms,queen size comfy bed. Shared toilets and showers always clean.Common areas well looked after.Basic kitchen but no fridge.WiFi.Towels provided.Close to shops,restaurants, ATM, transport and everything else.Loads of good Asian food joints in the area.

Nice and cheap rooms in a very nice area of Mexico City. The rooms are not very big and could have been a little cleaner, but it's completely acceptable for the price. Staff were very welcoming and nice people to talk to. Highly recommended!

It could have been a scam all along. As I exited the Uber, there was not 1 sign, or indication where to go. The address was on there, but with an address like '4' that's hard to spot. I had to glance into a door, which made me feel like a peeping tom. It turned out to be the right place, but I just lucked out. Someone eventually opened the door for me. After that, things we fine.
