Franco es un excelente anfitrión, nos daba desayuno, la cama es muy cómoda y nos explicó la ciudad para conocerla, siempre muy atento y presto ayudar, la llegada al lugar es muy fácil y se puede conocer la Ciudad con facilidad

I would recommend it forever! Franco is such a nice guy. We needed to leave our bags at the hotel early and he let us without any problems. He was super warm in welcoming us and giving us instructions on city tours, and they always cleaned the room during the day, leaving it in perfect condition. The best part was the breakfast, which we didn't even expect to have, but it did. It saved us. Absolutely perfect! The hotel's facilities were also very good.

A estadia foi perfeita, o anfitrião deixou a gente se acomodar antes do check-in por conta da disponibilidade e nos ofereceu café da manhã, mesmo não estando incluso nas diárias. Ele foi muito simpático e quando chegavamos do passeio ele tinha feito a gentileza de deixar a cama arrumada novamente. O quarto é espaçoso, a cama é confortável e o banheiro tem secador de cabelo.

Franco is an amazing person. The accomodation was great, everything was very good from our host.

Absolutely recommend. Clean and spacious room close to our train station, amazing value. It was our first time in Italy and the host Franco immediately made us feel welcomed and comfortable settling in. When we arrived Franco greeted us at the front door, he showed us a map of the city explaining the best areas to explore and how to get around. Franco checked in with us and brought a delicious breakfast every morning which was a great start to the day. Thank you for everything Franco :)

Our host greeted us and showed the way to the one room apartment. Host also gave directions and information on navigating the city (very helpful). Easy location, close to metro and train terminal. Breakfast was light and very delicious.

Feanco is the best host! He helps with everything, in the morning brings little coffee and breakfast… The room, and the bathroom are perfect clean, the bed is comfirtable, the room is quite spacious. The location is perfect for easy access to the city. I heartily recommend it to everyone.

Excelente! Desde el trato con Franco, que nos recibió muy bien, todos los días nos despertaba a la mañana a la hora indicada con un desayuno super abundante, a pasos de la estación, super limpio y con todo lo necesario en el aseo, y muy seguro el lugar.

Siamo stati benissimo, struttura molto pulita camera spaziosa bagno privato , e molta gentilezza.

Franco is very friendly, as soon as we arrived he was in front of the door waiting for us, he explained to us how and where to go to visit the city, the room was spacious and the bed comfortable and the bathroom large and very clean.

The owner is very nice, the room is really convenient to Roma Termini station. The apartment is not very inviting to stay because of the old furniture, mini TV, no bedside lamp which would bring in a bit of coziness. The garden downstairs is not usable as it is private property. The bathroom was very good. Everything super clean. clean sheets, towels which is the main thing. However, I found it a bit too expensive for the price, especially when there is a city tax of 6 €/person per night on to...

Alojamiento amplio, cómodo y limpio, a dos minutos caminando de la estación de Termini, un par de minutos más de los imprescindibles de Roma y cerca de muy buenos locales de comida. Don Franco fue un anfitrión maravilloso, afectuoso y preocupado, al llegar, con mapa de la ciudad en mano, nos enseñó como recorrer la ciudad y todos los días nos llevaba un delicioso desayuno de cortesía. Cuando salíamos muy temprano, lo dejaba para llevar en la noche. Muy agradecidos!! Totalmente recomenda...

Franco was amazing, service was great, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable enough. Franco brought us coffee and croissant every morning. The only negative thing I can say is the wifi connection was not good. I used a lot of my personal data but other than that it was a great stay! Thanks Franco! :)

Franco es excelente anfitrión, está pendiente de todo, da indicaciones de turismo, trata muy bien a los huéspedes. Ubicación privilegiada cerca a termini, cerca a coliseo.

Great place, really close to the train station and only 15-20 min walk to Colosseum. The host was extremely welcoming and friendly. Each day we were treated with coffee and croissants in the morning and he made sure that we were comfortable. We loved our stay and would definitely return!
