El Sol Hostel

+ Great location. Easy to walk into the main area. All clean. Great staff. Felt very safe and secure

- Would be nice if there was air conditioning in the room. But the fans gave some relief from the heat

+ Great hostel, super reasonably priced, great location, our room was very spacious and the kitchen was decently equipped. Everything was also really clean and the host was lovely and accommodating plus an extra bonus was Lola the cutest hostel puppy.

- The WiFi wasn't strong enough for international zoom calls (only an issue if you are digital nomadding), cold showers, no storage space in rooms for clothes.

+ Centrale ligging.

- Het raam is meer een rolluik waardoor er soms geluidsoverlast is. Er stond bij de voorwaarden niet vermeld dat het enkel cash is. Deze verrassing werd eerder onprofessioneel weggelachen toen ik het communiceerde.

+ We loved how clean the property was, the location was great too. Also loved the six month old puppy there she was super cute. Would highly recommend this place. Was a super great stay

+ Cómodo, limpio y organizado. Excelente precio/calidad y muy buena asistencia del personal que está atento a tus necesidades.

- we had a room with no window so it was really hot inside... we had to leave the door open but than people can watch you. 45 minutes walk from the busstation.

+ Recomendado, calidad precio muy bueno. Ana fue muy amable y atenta en todo momento. Cerca de los lugares más importantes.

+ Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett, sehr hilfsbereit, bucht gute Touren. Die Zimmergroesse ist sehr angenehm, Bett toll.Kueche gut ausgestattet. Man fuehlt sich wie zuhause. Sie verdient 10 mit Stern. Würde jederzeit wieder kommen, sehr zu empfehlen !

+ Staying at Hostal El Sol was honestly one of the highlights of my time in León. It’s a simple place, but truly special. Super close to the center, very clean, calm, comfortable and the mattress is excellent. What really makes the difference, though, are the hosts. Ana and Lola (the cute, little dog) are amazing and make you feel instantly welcome. I originally stayed for one night, but ended up coming back because I felt so at home and completely relaxed there. Also, the patio is perfect for spending the evening outside, relaxing and playing with Lola. If you’re looking for a cozy, peaceful place to stay in León, this is it! :)

+ Very cute house, with a patio in the middle. Lola (the dog) is so lovely and doesn't bother anyone. Room is spacious. Not far from downtown (about 10-15min). Everything very clean, comfy bed

+ Ana war sehr zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Das Hostel generell hat uns sehr gefallen, vorallem auch der Innenhof. Dort konnten wir am Abend hinsitzen und etwas trinken oder spielen. Sie hat uns geholfen die Tour zum cerro negro zu organisieren, hat uns auch einen flyer gezeigt um schildkroten freilassen zu können (ethisch vertretbar bei dieser organisation). Das Badezimmer sehr sauber wie auch die Küche. Ich habe in vergangenen Bewertungen gelesen dass es nötig wäre einem Duschvorhand zu organisiere, finde jedoch dass es überflüssig ist, da die dusche sehr geräumig ist und es so auch sauberer wirkt. Im ganzen waren wir sehr zufrieden mit allem. Haben uns auch sehr gefreut über ihre Hundin Lola, die unseren Aufenthalt spassiger gemacht hat

- Alles top, das einzige was uns aufgefallen ist, ist dass die Zimmer relativ warm werden. Mit dem venti hatten wir aber keine zu warmen nächt :)
