Sunrise Farmstay

Très bon accueil repas incroyable ! Vaut vraiment le détour !

I had a great stay at Sunrise Farm. Saroz and his family were really welcoming and kind. The farm is located outside of the busy area in Kathmandu, so it is a more calm atmosphere.

if you are interested in living with a local family then this is the place to go! i learned a couple things about nepali culture and got to cook with sanu which was nice. the food is very tasty! i also got to hang out with the volunteers working there. the dorm and amenities are simple but thats part of the experience. location is nice and peaceful and just a longer walk/short bike ride away from Thamel. you will get many recommendations for things to see/do nearby. loved staying there!
