+ Nice patio on the second floor. Enough bathrooms. Wasn't too crowded. Offered potable water with a sink filter.

- There was some work being done in the late afternoon, and they moved my bunk for some reason, and had to redo the sheets, so I couldn't take a nap when I wanted. But overall great stay just bad timing that one day.

+ The staff is really nice ! Nice hostel, calm, friendly and really good to work remotely. The beds are comfy, personal light, curtains, hot showers. The terrace is nice and sunny. I really recommend it

+ Very clean, modern hostel with excellent facilities. The owner, Oscar, is welcoming and friendly. There are multiple common areas to relax including a rooftop terrace and a fully equipped guest kitchen. Beds have privacy curtains, charging outlet and a reading light. A basic breakfast is included which is a nice touch.

+ Hostal On the periphery of el centro, great springboard for exploring the area. Property is quite recent, tidy, well laid out. Lots of parota wood. Had a good vibe. The common areas are arranged in away to be a little less of an echo chamber than at the adjacent, other hostal. Also I was there in the off season so my stay was quiet. Dorm beds were really stacked in there but each had a well thought out cubby at the head end with a light and outlet, frame bolted to the wall. I really appreciated the good bedding. Nice kitchen area.

+ EL LUGAR EL BONITO, Y PIENSO QUE ESTABA MUY LIMPIO

- NO HABIA LUZ EN LOS BAÑOS Y UNO TENIA QUE ALUMBRAR CON SU PROPIO CELULAR, NO HABIA AGUA CALIENTE PARA BAÑARSE, NO ME DIERON LA CLAVE DE ACCESO PARA ENTRAR (GRACIAS A UN HUESPED QUE ME LA DIO PUDE ENTRAR), NO INCLUIA EL DESAYUNO, POR LO MENOS A LAS 8:15 DE LA MAÑANA QUE ME FUI, NO HABIA NADA EN LA COCINA Y NI UN RECEPCIONISTA PARA PREGUNTAR, REALMENTE NO VALIO LO QUE PAGUE POR LO QUE ME OFRECIERON, ADICIONAL QUE PAGUE CON TARJETA Y ME COBRARON COMISIÓN, (ILEGAL EN MEXICO), SITUACIÓN QUE SE NOTIFICARA A PROFECO.

+ great hostel. the bed was comfortable with a curtain for privacy. the facilities were more than good, you have everything you need, the location is top! absolutely recommend

+ Me enojé en una temporada baja, supongo porque no había mucha gente y mi estancia fue muy tranquila, tal como lo esperaba

- Realmente no hay algo negativo que añadir

+ Excelente atención y servicio. Desde el primer momento se percibe un alto nivel de profesionalismo. El servicio brindado y la atención del personal fueron impecables, siempre cordiales y eficientes, lo que hizo que la estancia resultara sumamente agradable. Sin duda, un alojamiento altamente recomendable.

- Todo lo quieren cobrar en los dos hoteles que tienen en la zona. Cosa que no sucede en otro hostels de todo el país de México.

+ Nice new hostel in the old centre of Querétaro with all the right amenities! You can tell that this hostel is very new but the owner has thought of everything. Comfortable bed with plug and light and curtains. Great places to relax. Amazing rooftop terrace.

- Take into account that breakfast is very simple.
