When I landed in Dubai and was on my way to the Hostel, i was informed that they CANCELLED my reservation. I booked months in advance, even called them one weekone week prior to to confirm my reservation! as a woman travelling alone, I was stuck and had no where to go. it was the worst hostelworld experience so far. They said that they CANCELLED my booking because I didn't reach out to them AGAN in the day of my flight, that wasn't in their policy. Because of them I spent 2 days in high stress!

Great staff, good location and good people I like it

Dieses Hostel existiert nicht. In der angegebenen Wohnungen war eine Familie zu Gast und es war auch nicht als Hostel eingerichtet. Die Telefonnummer ist ebenso nicht aus den VAE. Auf meine Mail wurde nicht geantwortet! Der Hostelworld Livechat hat sich umgehend um mich gekümmert und der Wachmann konnte mir Tipps für Alternativadressen geben!

Good place in marina area, clean and very good staff. The only down side would be the lack of enogh bathrooms for many people.

Everything was fine overall but when I checked in my bed space wasn’t ready. Guys should work on their cleanliness. Was pretty untidy. And the worst part was that I couldn’t get a peaceful sleep because of the noisy, loud talking of the neighbors throughout whole night. I had a long and stressful day due to the lack of sleep! Although, I visited Dubai for one business day trip, If I had known it would be so annoying, I wouldn't have booked a night in this hostel.

A nice place strategically located in JBR. Close to the beach, restaurants and everything you need to have a great experience in Dubai. Clean, organized, and close to public transport (tram JBR line, station 01), taxis, buses.. it was a good experience. Thank you!
