One individual tried to enter our room for repairs while we were still in it and the day of check out 2 different people tried to enter before 12 (which was check out time) for cleaning. It felt like a miscommunication between the front desk and the rest of staff and it ended up making us feel uneasy
Had a great experience!! Everyone was friendly and everything worked really well. It is not really close from the Frankfurt airport, so consider your schedule so you can use public transport or take a taxi.
It’s not as close to the airport as they make it sound and there is no shuttle. Be prepared to spend 50 euro each way for taxis to and from the airport
