Very disgusting ! Once and never again!

Bonne localisation. Personnel particulièrement désagréable (on a l'impression de les déranger...), j'ai du insister pour avoir le droit de mettre mon sac dans la luggage room (après avoir attendu 15min). Douche froide. 4€ de frais supplémentaires en arrivant pour les draps. Casiers cassés. Pas de lumière ou d'endroit pour poser ses affaires sur les lits superposés.

Hostel poco seguro, habitaciones malolientes y sucias, ambiente estraño y cerca de zona no muy segura. Las sábanas las tienen que poner los huéspedes y te cobran 4€ por ellas. Muy poca frecuencia en la limpieza de los baños No tiene cocina ni microondas No recomedamos este hostel, lo barato sale caro ;)

Überall Flecken an den Wänden, Stellen im Fußboden kaputt, kein Mülleimer auf dem Zimmer, der Nachttisch war total verbogen, in der Toilette wurde der Mülleimer von außen schon lange nicht mehr gesäubert (sonst sauber); dort, wo wohl mal ein Schalter war, klaffte ein Loch. Im Treppenhaus tappt man teilweise im Dunkeln, da die Bewegungsmelder so geschaltet sind, dass sie schnell ausgehen u. noch nicht angehen, bevor man auf der nächsten Etage ist. Renovierungsbedürftig. Das Personal war...

bait and switch due to linen, increasing the expenditure of a 12€ one night stay by 4€ which is a 30% markup. there were so many people sharing a shower that the restroom was constantly flooded and smelled like mould. As a result, did not use.

Worst place I have ever stayed. Took an hour to get checked in. It took 4 hours after we arrived to get our blankets for the beds, despite asking 4 times, and they were unclean when we got them. The beds were made of cheap wood nailed together. Toilet doors had been kicked in and the toilets / showers were very unclean. Talking to the staff was like talking to a brick wall. Horrible property in general, booked for 2 nights but left to stay somewhere else after the first night.

There was some awful noise in the hostel, sounded like construction work, even really late in the evening. Also the bathrooms were in bad shape and not clean.

worst facilities of staff and cleanliness i would like to give negative if possible if i can i would love to give negative rating and it's not for people who love cleanliness hygiene but good for those who doesn't like cleanliness at all . in this range other hostel are available as well but people get fooled after seeing cheapest price but when they reached at hostel then extra charges of bed linen which cost 4 euro and if you stay more than one day then every single day need to pay for that

Very affordable and convenient, also clean. Sadly, the low prices draws very uneducated and weird guests. Private rooms are suggested

Furchtbar 5 nächte reserviert Zug verspätung 5 nächte storniert von sich selber aus das Geld eingesteckt und Hostelworld Sagt die Buchung sei noch aktiv auf jeden Fall dieses Hostel meiden es gibt sehr viele andere billige Hostels

I lived in the 8 bed mixed dormitory and the cleanliness was very bad, in the rooms the beds were not clean, in bathrooms there was no hot water in the washbasins, no cleanliness in toilets as well, for lockers u have to carry locks or buy it for 3 euros which is not good, the safety should be included in the rent, I will never recommend this to anyone else nor I will stay here again

for what you pay I guess it's worth it, but it was a bit of a dump. If you're not expecting the ritz and just need a place to sleep its fine, but it duvet was stained, the bathroom was often dirty or missing toilette paper. not sure if the the kitchen was advertised as available, but I was told it wasnt, maybe it's just used by staff now.

I mean you get what you pay for. It matches the price, and that is fine with me🤷‍♀️

you can not even use the shower was so dirty, with comment, the heater was broken in the room, there nothing what there can do

This is the worst hostel in the history of lodging. I will start legal proceedings to shut this place down. The way I was treated was really bad.

Es gibt weit bessere Alternativen in Berlin.

Ich habe an der Reception der Dame das gesagt. Sie konnte nur englisch spreche - ich weiß nicht ob sie alles verstanden hat. Am 23.11.2025 um 5:30 hat jemand an die Nachbarzimmertür kräftig sehr lange geschlagen (ca.30 Minuten ) nach einer Pause wieder ca.15 Minuten. Dann kam jemand und hat laut gesprochen - ohne Reaktion-Antwort aus dem Zimmer. Das ganze hat fast eine Stunde gedauert. Die WC für Männer war schmutzig incl. Papier im Korb, der Boden nass. Die Rezeptionist hatte keine Inf...

Byłem tam kolejny raz po wielu latach przerwy. Nic mnie w sumie nie zaskoczyło, sprzątanie było, ale jeśli chodzi o dormitorium, to pozostawia wiele do życzenia, zwłaszcza łazienki: zawsze woda na podłodze, nie wiadomo, czy z sedesu, czy spod prysznica, zimna woda w kranie - słabo z goleniem w tym momencie, czy myciem zębów. Zimno w łazience, kaloryfer nigdy nie działa. Po co w ogóle jest? Wi-Fi u mnie nie działało, nie wiem dlaczego. Na plus swobodne wejście na kod i bliskoś�...
