Top Hill Halong Homestay

The location was unfortunately a bit far from the coast, but to be fair, the beach in Ha Long City is not the most beautiful anyway, so this didn't matter much. It was however very close (5 min walking time) to a very lovely bakery, warm food restaurants, and a cosy part of the city, which was very enjoyable. The host was incredibly helpful and caring, with a strong wish to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The location was quiet, the host ALWAYS reachable, and everything else was wonderful

We stayed at this hostel for a week. The manager was very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and excellent (note that it's not included). The only slight drawback was that dormitory residents were not allowed to use the kitchen. Also, there was some rubbish in the room.

You won't find a better value for money🤌🏻 So clean, beautiful and comfortable place with huge balcony😊 We came to Ha Long for one night but stayed three because we fell in love with the place. The hotel is on a hill and we had a great view of the mountains and the sea. There is a Winmart conveniently located across the road. Great host I've ever meet. Noi is great, really helpful and kind. He booked for me a Halong Bay cruise only 28$ and bus. Then he also manage the whole trip for my 1 month holiday in Vietnam. Many thanks to Noi and highly recommend for single traveler like me.

Not a great place to stay, our room was infested with ants and the shower was cold. The owner was responsive and helped right away but we left an night early as it just felt too infested

Great view from the hostel, it's a new one so everything all new, so i decided to stay for 1 more night. The host really smart and helpful and booked for us the Halong Bay trip at a really good price. We saw no booking jet, but we saw the rating on Google map, booking, agoda, it's so great. Thanks so much Noi - the host.
