Annoying to go downstairs with your vag to lock it. It is not possible to lock it in your room. The cleaning lady should not ask if we want service or not. She should just do it.
The kitchen was lacking a lot, but overall clean and nice for the money. Close to the metro

Read what others said about the bathrooms - it’s not bad but the bathrooms get wet and stay wet quick. Lockers for valuables but without any lock option (3 double sided lockers for 3 bed room). Staff was great and rest of the facility was very clean. Breakfast was a bit lacking

The male staff member I checked in with Friday afternoon was so friendly and welcoming it was probably the highlight of staying at this hostel. Towels included was an awesome bonus. The walls are pretty thin and doors shutting in other rooms made my bed shake but not a big deal for me. Just something to be aware.
Good location, close to the subway. Room was simple but functional. Dont plan on leaving anything in it as there are no lockers. No events in the evenings, it's basically a big dormitory.
this place is not suitable for young people, there are no activities or anything thing to socialise, also there are no lockers in the room, the location is really bad, plus the receptionist guy is a bit rude
Huge hostel comprising of 5 floors. Facility of lift available until 4th floor. Extremely nice and understandable staff. Lockers, vending machines, kitchen and breakfast (optional) facility available. Recommended!
Drops a few points because my room wasn't as clean as it could have been, but it was decent and I would stay again if the circumstances were right.

A really nice place in the middle of the city. The only problem was that I woke up to a cleaning person in my toilet. 9/10 :)

WHAT A SCAM!!! I felt totally powerless. It RUINED my trip to Berlin. DO NOT GO: super dirty rooms... THERE IS NO WI-FI... (INCREDIBLE)... in the middle of 2023... a modern city... THEY DO NOT HAVE WI-FI. THEY DO NOT HAVE LOKERS... you must leave your belongings, your passport, your money... if security... on the floor and pray that the person next to you does not rob you. If you are looking for a quite place, close to a U-Bahn station. This is a nice Hostel to stay.
1.In conditions sent by website was 'breakfast included'. but there was no breakfast. -sent separate mail 2.ordered 'Standard 6 Bed Female Dorm Ensuite'. after we came to the room, 2 men arrived. After my complaint, they offered us separate room. The receptionists didn´t look suprised, may be they did it on purpose 3 rooms very clean, but in the kinchen in evening was full sink of dirty dishes, washed only overnight. Dirty refrigerators full of stuff 4 bad wifi signal in room
The polish receptionist was insulting non german or non polish guests left and right. He doesn’t respect anyone and i was surprised when he insulted asians, Americans and europeans guests. Its not the hotel you want to stay at with such disrespect from the receptionist
Ich habe ein Bett gebucht in einem Damenschlafsaal, weil ich dachte das wäre für mich am sichersten wegen Statistiken usw (so steht es auch immer noch in meiner E-mail). Als ich am nächsten Morgen aufwachte war ich die einzige Frau im Raum. Bei Menschen die das aus religiösen Gründen machen oder bei Frauen die da schnell Angst bekommen wäre so was wirklich ganz schlimm gewesen! Als ich am nächsten morgen sehr früh auschecken wollte war niemand da und beim Klingeln ist auch niemand gekomm...
