Whoopers Hostel Ao Nang - By The Beach

For £4 you cant really complain. Great location next to the markets. Bed was ok and showers/ toilets were clean and working. Staff were helpful. Was pretty chill not that busy/ social. Anyone could access the rooms at any time, the door would be open a-lot was only concern with personal items laying about in your bed. Still a great stay for so cheap!

Stayed in this hostel for a week and was lucky enough to be there during songkran. Had the best time there, the hostel is in a nice spot right beside the night markets and really close to a beach. The staff were so incredible, I really cant thank them enough - special shout out shivam for going above and beyond and being the kindest soul ✨️

They had what you needed, the little fridge to put your stuff in was very nice. The lockers were nice and spacious. The rooms were however not soundproof at all and incredibly loud from the music blasting. The rooms were also not very secure, and anyone could walk in at any time.

not enough bathrooms on the floors and they are tiny and filthy, mattress was kinda uncomfortable, overall good value of money I would come back

Die Matratze ist zwar etwas hart, aber auch nicht viel unbequemer als in anderen Hostels. Ich kann es empfehlen 👍

Great hostel very social and friendly. Perfect location as it’s quiet but a 2 min walk to the markets and where it is busy. Beds were cosy and comfy!

Bonne auberge dans l’ensemble, le staff est sympa, l’auberge est bien située, à 2 pas de plage et du night maket, les douches sont spacieuses, il y a même une cuisine, très bon mood Petit points négatifs, les lits ne sont pas confort du tout et les draps non plus.. les toilettes n’étaient pas toujours très propres et les dortoirs mal éclairés, pas facile pour chercher ses affaires. Clean and quiet hostel. Located a bit further from the nightlife but is conveniently located next to the Ao Nang Landmark Market. Beds could be more comfortable. The rooms were moderately small but there was a locker just outside of the room. Overall, it is a good hostel for the price and I would return

Not the cleanest hostel, dirty toilets & showers and most of the times there was no toilet paper or soap in the bathroom (but quickly refilled when asked). No fun common area but had a kitchen which was convenient.

Beds were comfy, staff were great. Not a social hostel at all but very good if you want to chill and have a good night sleep. Some of my friends fans didn’t work but mine was fine. Super good lock on the door, I felt very safe.

it was very nice, the theme is very iconic and the social atmosphere was good. The staff were amazing, they were very cool and helped us very much with recommendations and anything else we asked for.

For the price you can definitely get something better. The mattresses are really terrible. Not only were the they hard, but you could also feel the metal springs, which made it painful. There was one bathroom on the floor for two 8-bed dorms. The bathroom was very hot and there were so many mosquitoes. The curtains for privacy were nice. The air conditioning worked well and the stuff was really friendly.
