I would not recommend staying here!! When we arrived nobody was at the reception and we had to wait an hour until checkin. The room (double priv, #2) was horrible. A tiny, old and not very, clean bathroom. The shower was very small, I wasn't really able to move. The room was next to a gym and we guess a Squashside. Until 11pm there were constantly loud hits against the wall, we werent able to sleep. Also you could here every single noise of other guests. For the price not acceptable at all.

Compared to other hostels in Puerto Natales the value is not so good. The hostel is pretty basic but not very cheap (compared to other hostels in PN). The bathroom and kitchen could use more cleaning.

A comfortable place to stay, but more like a motel with a shared room. If your in the shared room you have a very narrow spiral staircase to go up. Welcoming staff

No es malo. Le falta ajustes para que sea un buen hostel. tiene cocina bien equipada, te incluye el desayuno, agua caliente y mantas calentitas. puede mejorar en el orden de las camas ya que estan juntas y no tienen cortinas y en el loby podria ser más comodo para todos
