Bed bugs in multiple friends beds

Very helpful staff, rooms clean and nice bathroom.

Fantastic hostel, well-organized, and located right in the heart of the nightlife. Clean rooms and an exceptional rooftop. They even have billiards. It's a great place to stay and meet new people.

Great vibes, Great rooftop

It's a very nice hostel and bar is really sick. In a really good location aswell, unfortunately we didn't wake up early enough to get the breakfast but we know we missed out!!! The staff are very helpful and welcoming defo a good hostel to stay in Hanoi!

Really happy with that hostel! Good location, was easy to walk everywhere, rooms were good enough, although not the cleanest. Rooftopbar was really nice and the breakfast as well! Would stay here again

The staff are very nice and helpful. The rooms are alright anddecently clean. Most grateful that theres a lift.

Absolutely lovely staff however had issues with bed bugs in the bed (which I have photos of as I woke up to see crawling around in the bed 😬) and my arms and legs are covered in bites now. Staff were very kind about this and reported it to the manager. Also had to move 3 different rooms due to renovation works. The bar on the top floor is great
