Hostal Kemmm

Cuando reservamos el hostal en hostelword, nos dice que el desayuno está incluido. Por eso hemos elegido este hostal. Pero a nuestra llegada, nos dijeron que no hay desayuno y pusieron la culpa sobre nosotros. A pesar de que les hemos enseñado la página y nuestra reservación donde mencionaba el desayuno incluido. No nos propusieron nada para arreglar la situación, ni un descuento ni otra cosa. También las duchas no estuvieron buenas.

Todo muy bien, solo un comentario: en las habitaciones y en el baño hacen falta ganchos para colgar la ropa. Estuve muy contento, ambiente limpio, seguridad excelente y personal muy atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Lo recomiendo ampliamente y seguro volveré

The hostel is pretty new but its getting there little by little. Great location and the staff is very nice, special thanks to Lilia a great worker, always trying to make the guests feel happy and at home

Really nice and new hostel. The owner is super friendly and helped me a lot. Rooms are clean and the whole bed can be locked so you can store your stuff in. No kitchen, so if you plan to cook it's maybe not the best place.
