More of a hotel than a hostel. For me perfect place for my early flight in the morning.

Alex and Hachu at the front desk were very helpful! They helped organize our trip to ha long bay and let us keep our luggage at the hostel while we went to ha long bay and Sapa! The rooms and bathrooms were very clean and they did our laundry in just one afternoon, would definitely recommend staying here!

The location was great, nearby St Joseph’s Cathedral. The staff were amazing and the rooms were great! I highly recommend Luxury Hotel! 🙏

Alex was amazing, recommending amazing excursions and trips to sapa, ha long bay and more! All excursions were great quality and we had lots of fun! Ha long bay was the highlight, sapa coming to a close. We had the best time despite it raining the whole time we were here. Staff are so patient and kind, even staff who are not able to speak English as well. I highly recommend staying in this hotel, rooms were lovely (private) a staff took great care of us! Thank you so much Alex!

Thank you Alex and all staff . It’s a great hotel when you want to travel to hotel. I stayed in the dorm. The location is perfect. The bed is quiet good with a lot of space, Alex was help me everything for a good experience so i highly recommend Ha Giang Loop, Sapa and Ha Long Bay through her- my best experience the North Vietnam

Although it’s a 3-star hotel, the service truly feels like 5 stars. Alex was incredibly friendly and helpful – from arranging my room to suggesting activities around Hanoi that are perfect for backpackers like me. He also helped me book tours to Ha Long Bay and Ha Giang at very good prices, and stayed in touch to support with any issues. An amazing experience – I’ll definitely come back and recommend this place to my friends!

C'est plutôt un hôtel qu'une auberge de jeunesse : pas de lieu commun, pas de repas sur place En revanche très bien pour un hôtel. La clim fonctionne, dans les chambres solo, le lit est immense. SDB un peu moisie mais globalement propre. Personnel très avenant.

The staff were so helpful and nice and the rooms were always clean. It's also in a great location for food. Be aware, the beds are very very hard.

Why is it rated so high… No vibe here at all-it’s a hotel and the staff are constantly trying to sell you tours, over and over again it’s really annoying. Mosquitos in the room, weird toilet and shower set up, be careful not to get wet when using the sink. There is no sound proofing so you will hear people on the toilet as you wake up. Loud talking in the room in middle of the night on phones and conversations in Vietnamese. I didn’t extend and moved to another hostel.

The location was great - at the end of a little lane way off the main street, so it was very quiet. Right in the centre of the the French Quarter, and only a few blocks from the lake. The room decor was old-style, which didn't bother me. It had all the facilities we needed. I loved the big bath!. It has a lift. There is no common area apart from a lounge in the small lobby, but lots of cheap restaurants nearby, so not having breakfast supplied was not an issue for us.

Luxury in name only and a little dated but perfectly comfortable and an amazing location - very central in old quarter but somehow not at all noisy. Staff were absolutely lovely and full of tips and super helpful. It was clean and the facilities were fine - nothing fancy but perfectly adequate for our stay. Would recommend for location and staff and incredible value for money. No communal area really if you’re looking for that.
