Staff were lovely, helped me book my bus to Ninh Binh and you could buy a SIM card at reception. The beds were soooo comfy. It’s social if you want it to be but you can also shut yourself in too.

Great hostel to stay if you want to stay in the Old Quarter of Hanoi! Not far from all the great restaurants / train street etc. facilities are very clean and staff are very friendly and helpful. 24/7 assistance, and the rooftop bar is unreal! Great place!

Had such an amazing stay at Lakeview. From the staff to the people the overall experience is amazing. The location of the property is also prime distance to the main area. Will 100% be staying again in the future.
