Awesome Hanoi Hostel & Pub

I really enjoyed my time at Awesome Hotel. The place feels quiet and cozy, perfect for relaxing. The room was small but clean and well arranged, bathroom was tidy, and the bed was super comfortable—I slept very well. Staff were friendly and gentle, always happy to help. Vietnamese breakfast was nice The price is quite cheap for what you get. Would stay here again if I come back to Hanoi.

rooms clean and tidy, enough toilets and showers for everyone. sliding door seperates bedroom from bathroom area which minimizes disturbing others which we liked. beds comfortable and has storage lockers. walkway space between beds very narrow so was a squeeze but its fine - managed to befriend people easily with the constant "excuse me can i squeeze past you"😂 breakfast good, would recommend the pancakes. laundry services available but takes a while to be returned to you

Staff was friendly and helpful, the beds were clean and the location is good! A bit of a smell in the all female dorm but no bid deal

For 1 night it was fine. Room was very narrow & no lock on the room either so anyone could go in or out. Bathrooms weren’t amazing but good location

AC on female dorm is leaking, wood floors are already wet and moldy. The staff were informed, but did nothing. As the AC is a fire hazard while we sleep, it was off and it got uncomfortable to the point no one could sleep.

The staff came in hours before check out time to start cleaning and woke everyone up a few times due to talking/shouting to eachother.

Great hostel! Loved it here came back to Hanoi and revisited again. Love the space the rooms had. Plenty of showers and toilets for the female only 16 bed. Loved the layout. Staff were excellent as well they were fully booked and I wanted to extend so they managed to arrange me a bed that doesn’t clash with guests check in/check out and for that I’m so grateful !

A nice enough hostel with awesome location. Not much going on but Mad Monkey is around the corner if you’re keen for a party

Great choice for stay in heart of Old Town, middle of Ma May. Despite craziness outside and bustling downstairs restaurant, they've figured out great soundproofing, quiet interior of room. And despite old buildings, room was modern, clean, solid wood built-in bunks, rain shower, big lockers with good locks, all also built-in. Pleasant subdued lighting. Outstanding breakfast included, lots of hearty egg options, and there's a restaurant and bar, you could never leave. All of the people were warm ...

more awefull than awesome. staff at check in was really unfriendly and anyoing, tried to charge me more than it is. dorm doors are not looked so they key is useless. it was dirty and not really much space for you stuff. wouldnt recommend it

Good hostel but not social

Great location and staff were amazing, but the room didn’t feel super clean and smelt a bit. Also wasn’t as social as we’d expected, we were maybe a little surprised by all the positive ratings. Good stay, but not the best.

good central location in central Vietnam, and the staff were so helpful! they managed to send my lost shaving bag to my next destination which was a real bonus!

All was great, no issues and fantastic friendly staff

Me and two Friends arrived at an Hostel whit 12 beds in an very small Room whithout window where the most people was sick maby from the bad air. We toock a blanket to the (nice) Rooftop to chill. Later the owner came by verry agressiv and even narly hit my Friend beacause we took the Blanket there it even diddent got dirty… this in totaly unprofessional and not recommendeable. There are better places in Hanoi..

Great location for getting around old quarter and beyond to catch sleeper buses. Thank you so much to Helen and Ms Alice for all their kindness and help during my stay- some of the most lovely people you’ll meet in Hanoi!

Only stayed for a night but would’ve stayed longer if I had the time! Great location and overall very clean.

One of the more comfortable and clean hostels in Hanoi’s old quarter. Had a lovely stay here and the location is perfect. Been to a few hostels in the old quarter not but if you are looking for a more comfortable place for a good night sleep this is the place to go. Bathroom was 7/10 but mostly because other people left their stuff there.

Alles in allem ein gutes Hostel. Sind hier angekommen nach einem langen Flug. Die Zimmer sind leider sehr schmal. Menschen aber sehr freundlich
