Sanctuary Hostel - Art & Adventure

The hostel was amazing. The beds were super comfortable and the set up was stunning. Very cosy and welcoming. The location was AWESOME. The hosts, Pin and Tui were so so lovely as well. Started planning when I’d come back as I was leaving hahaha!

If you’re looking for a chill hostel with a great social atmosphere this is your place! They guys (cats and dogs as well) that run this place are truly wonderful! The dorms are lovely, the facilities were great and it was so lovely to have a kitchen in a hostel! My only feedback for future would be offering yoga at a reduced or free charge with booking, however given there new and supporting locals I totally understand the cost! Thanks for a fab stay!

The best choice in Ko Lanta! If you are looking a place where you can be barefoot and straight to the beach, with super nice vibes and feeling at home, well this must be your choice! :) the palce is very well mantained and clean, the common area is helpful to socialise and the hosts are super welcoming and helpful! You can rent bike/org trips and spend time at the hostel. The location is perfect next to 7-eleven, laundry and many good thai restaurants 👌👌

This is the best hostel I stayed in on my recent trip to Thailand. There is a beautiful set up around an open common area, and the beach is only a short walk away, where you can watch an incredible sunset over the Andaman every night. A lovely chilled hostel. On the beach so perfect place to relax. A 7/11 a minute away which is where you can get a taxis from if needed.

Perfect location by the beach and many restaurants/shops, and the restaurant is great too! Dorm pricing was pretty overpriced for what is included (free breakfast is basically just cook your own eggs). Yoga/art classes were all at least 400 THB, cocktails were 250+. Great place to be if you’re not on a strict budget, but if you are, not the best value for your money.

Lovely little hostel that’s family run. The beach front bar was a really nice place to hang out and unwind, nice to chat to people staying in the bungalows as well in the hostel :)

I loved this hostel! My psa to those staying is there’s a lack of privacy. From around 9:30 am until 6ish, the doors and windows to the rooms are left open to let the room breathe. The ac also runs from 8 pm to 9 am and it gets hot! It was still wonderful. I loved all the daily activities that were offered. I didn’t need a motorbike since I was able to go around the island with the hostel guide. Don’t let the ac and privacy deter you. This was my fav hostel throughout my four months.

Spent 4 nights here. Amazing location, can walk straight to the beach! Cute beach bar (great cocktails) and loved the yoga/pilates. The hostel owners are such lovely people, such warm energy from everyone there and I especially loved the hostel bbq evening! Good food options v nearby. Dorms and bathrooms were kept clean despite outdoorsy feel of the place. Very chill but still social - matches the vibe of the island. Wish I could have extended for more time! Thank you for such a great stay!

Ein sehr schönes Hostel nah am Strand. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Es werden nette Aktivitäten für kleines Geld angeboten. In dem Restaurant gibt es sehr leckeres Essen. Auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung.

Eines der schönsten hostels in Thailand. Familiäre Atmosphäre. Das einzige was mir gefehlt hat waren gemütliche sitzmöglichkeiten im Gemeinschaftsbereich

Sehr schönes Hostel. Die Leute sind alle super nett und es ist sehr Social. Es werden jeden Tag Activities angeboten. Die Anlage ist sehr schön. Ich kann das Hostel nur weiterempfehlen.

Ideal location by the beach and gorgeous outside area with hammocks and seating. The 12 bed mixed dorm doesn’t have curtains on the bottom bunks which i found odd and a bit uncomfortable so just be aware of that. Also I believe the top bunks don’t have a storage locker and the door to the dorm is never locked. It felt very safe though and a friendly vibe. If you don’t like screaming toddlers though i wouldn’t stay here as the owners two kids are here most days all day + are loud.

The place is gorgeous and super chill, love the dogs and the area in general The top beds are pretty hard to get up and down from, and the space is very restricted. I fell ill during my stay and it was quite worrying knowing it takes me about 2-3 minutes to get down from my bed :/

There are 3 parts to sanctuary: hostel, restaurant/bungalows, and bar. And all 3 are amazing. It was a lovely stay, good vibes with guests, amazing staff, and great location. I look forward to my return one day

Das Hostel hat einen wunderbaren charm. Das Personal ist super lieb und egal welches Problem man hat man kann immer zu ihnen kommen. Die Anlage ist super schön und perfekt zum Sonnenuntergang schauen. Es gibt jeden Tag Program an dem man teilnehmen kann.
